  • Warning: Avoid this dealership at all costs. They completely misrepresented the quality and price of the vehicle. On their website, the 2016 black Audi A3 was listed at $4,995, but when I arrived, the actual price was nearly double—despite the car having 142,000 miles. They reset the OBD lights to make the car appear problem-free, but as soon as I started driving, the warning lights came right back on. Even worse, the staff encouraged me to lie to the bank about the car’s condition in order to get financing approved. When I refused and later returned the car after just a week, they refused to refund my deposit. The sales manager (Ives) even admitted, “It’s not like I’m trying to make a few thousand dollars off you,” while pressuring me to misrepresent the vehicle. To top it off, the MMI console doesn’t work, and the only way they offered to fix it was if I lied to the bank. That is not only unprofessional—it feels like extortion. This dealership preys on vulnerable buyers. Please do your research and avoid doing business with them.
