  MANNN!!! A Gazillion stars this place deserves! Michael and Leslie “ my 2 new life savers “. Hands DOWN THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Not only was I in and out with zero issues . But they worked me a deal and not only gave me MORE than I was expecting BUT good ole Mike gave me the hookup and saved me $800 in interest !!!! Couldn’t be happier FAIR , HONEST , and nice!   I made the choice as to where to sell my Gold, Michael (the store manager) made the choice to treat me like Gold! The people, phone, and social skills this man has are exemplary...rare...a disappearing customer experience that made my experience one that won't be forgotten. Oh, and I almost forgot, the most generous, no haggle offer of anywhere I had been...he gave me cash on the spot. The entire transaction took 15-20 minutes. The true proof was when I decided to go back last night. Michael's assistant , Leslie, treated me with the same care as I've come to expect from Tempe Pawn & Gold. Thanks to Both of you! You'll see me again!

  I can’t say enough good things about Tempe Pawn & Gold. I had an issue with a product I purchased, and Mike, the manager, handled the situation exactly how you would hope a business would. He kept me informed throughout the process, followed through on everything he said he would, and made sure the issue was resolved. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. The entire experience showed me that they genuinely stand behind their customers. If you’re looking for a business that values honesty, communication, and following through on their commitment to customer service, I highly recommend Tempe Pawn & Gold.
