He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and make sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how Jyrome went above and beyond, waking me through each step, making everything clear and stress-free which was appreciated considering my last vehicle purchase was in 2007. Fred Ard was my sales person and he did an outstanding job in educating me about the vehicle and making himself available (even on his day off) for when I wanted to come in and test drive and discuss options for purchase. The Cub's fan man at the front of the sales room was also a delight. We are already telling our friends and neighbors about the excellent service we received at Homer Skelton Hyundai in OB.
Jyrome Richmond was THE BEST! He was very patient, answered all my questions with no problem, listen to what I wanted, and knew exactly what he was talking! Made my purchase very easy and smooth. Did everything to help me and get the vehicle I really wanted . He reinsured me when I had doubts. He literally was the best made it so easy!
