He was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision. He provided recommendations for me after the vehicle that I originally was interested in wasn't available. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and make sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how Jyrome went above and beyond, waking me through each step, making everything clear and stress-free which was appreciated considering my last vehicle purchase was in 2007. He was encouraging and supportive without being pushy. Thanks to his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service, buying my 2026 Santa FE was smooth. Fred Ard was my sales person and he did an outstanding job in educating me about the vehicle and making himself available (even on his day off) for when I wanted to come in and test drive and discuss options for purchase. The Cub's fan man at the front of the sales room was also a delight. We are already telling our friends and neighbors about the excellent service we received at Homer Skelton Hyundai in OB.
Jyrome (BJ) was very patient and understanding! He explained everything and made sure I understood everything he was telling me! He made buying my first brand new car easy and very comfortable. He never left me in the dark about anything he said!! His recommendations on buying my vehicle were real and straight forward! I can’t thank him enough !!!! 10/10 I will always recommend! He’s the absolute BEST!
