  I drove from Frederick with my son for his first car and met with Nelson he was our sales person great service, little mis communication at first but him and the manger helped work everything out and was able to get another vehicle from laurel the first car I purchased for myself was in Woodbridge which was worth the drive as well, so this is my 2nd time buying a car with Auto finance we purchased my first car in August 2025 for me and the 2nd one for my son in November 2025 here in laurel We were told before we came they had 2 cars in our price range we came to dealership with $2000 down which is what agreed before coming but when arrived was told one of the vehicles were $2500 so we had to pick another vehicle when I believe they had only 2-3 cars for sale on the lot at the time one was $21000 not sure of the mileage the one we had to settle for was $16000 2017 Toyota Camry 131,000 we are very thankful we love Toyota and Honda great cars !!! We are so happy with the staff for helping us get approved working with me and my husband to cosign for my son it was very late before closing and they went above and beyond , since my son was part time working and not many hours yet and he didn’t have credit yet my son. The car had some issues the front console had to be put back in place and 3 days later engine light came on I called and let them know they were able to fix it and get the parts for the thermostat and temperature sensor. The car is driving great and I am very thankful for the chance to have a great car TOYOTA CAMARY 2017 from laurel thank you everyone at the auto finance center my family appreciates your time and patience to help us ! Came a long way but everything worked out great I would highly recommend going to auto finance to get a vehicle when your credit isn’t good but have a good income and good money down, just make sure to ask questions about how much the car is total before buying and have a good down payment this dealership is the best by far so far without having to run so many banks and ruin the credit they have empathy and understanding trust them thank you again Nelson and the team !

  I had a fabulous experience at auto financial of laurel!! Nelson, tito & Vanessa are amazing and very professional and accommodating!!! They worked with me and got me in a car that I love!!! The process was very smooth and they are super great!!!
