Nissan technician recommended replacing “radiator hose line” to the cap for my 350z, due to leaks. Parts was at $200, base on their scope of work. After turning down the parts that needed. I verified on my own that the leak was from radiator cap itself. Bought it from Z1 Motorsport way cheaper than what the tech recommended. Nissan, please retrain your tech visually, and clarified that the work is performed correctly. I know you, and all dealers are in place to make money off consumer unknowingly when their knowledge is not automotive.
I had an 8am appointment on a Saturday. I arrived on time and was greeted very kindly by one of the techs. They informed me my service advisor Eduardo would either meet me in the lobby or at my car. I waited in my car for maybe 2 minutes. Eduardo immediately comes out. Shakes my hand , with a warm nice good morning and smile. I told him what I needed and we walked in. Once my car was inspected I was sent a video , text and soon after Eduardo comes to the lobby to go over everything else that was needed. It was a lot more than I expected ( As far as the service and pricing as well). But, Eduardo worked with me and I was able to get everything my car needed and drove away feeling extremely happy with my service. Eduardo truly made my experience with Cerritos Infiniti THEE BEST!!! They have a lifelong customer now! Thank you 😊
My experience at Cerritos Infiniti was pleasant. Everyone at Cerritos Infiniti was welcoming and helpful from the moment I was greeted. Nick Madril went above and beyond and was very patient. He worked with me in giving me the best deal and made sure I left the lot all set with my new lease (from updating my insurance, apps, vehicle settings, paperwork to mounting plate brackets). Also, thank you to Jose Q for making the paperwork process quick. Thank you both for making this experience enjoyable!
