  • The staff at Cerritos Infiniti was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Yanelly was my service advisor, she went above and beyond her job assisting me and answering ALL me questions. She as well followed up with me keeping me well informed on the tracking of my vehicle part, and returned my calls when she was away from her desk or on another call. She made it a point to follow up with me when she returned after her off day. I truly appreciate service like this, you rarely find people as such now a days. Keep up the good work 10 stars from me

  • The Service Department is efficient in getting the job done in a timely manner and has been good work, great job, and well done thus far. However, I am concerned about which repairs are more of a priority because of my budget and the repairs related to the tires are all necessary in order to keep the car and wheels in good running order and smoothly inline and intact. This includes the struts, the axles, and the alignment in order to keep the car and wheels in tip top shape! Krysta & Eduardo, my Service Advisors, have put in great effort to help me with my Service needs thus working out my payment schedule with Sunbit's credit plan. Also, they are both very pleasant and nice to work with. Thank you!

  • World class for sure. I have air fuel ratio code and normal mechanics shop couldn't find the problem. The dealership found the problem. It was a crack in catalytic converter. Really hard to see Although I didnt have it replace and I went and have it repair and it fixed the code.
