  • This star rating is based on customer service because anything can go wrong with car repairs so it's subjective. But for this, I just compliment the excellent customer service support by the service coordinator who helped me. I had to drop my car off as they opened, so already in the morning, I'm not awake. I didn't have a coordinator assigned for my appointment which was a blessing in disguise because I got Krysta! In just a short time of interaction, she provided a warm and friendly service to help me get on my way. She made sure she communicated everything I needed to know before leaving the car, gave me a time frame of when I would hear back and when I thought my car wouldn't be available until the next day, she told me she'd try to get it done today, and it was. Spending money for your car is never fun, but Krysta really helped make the process smoother which is all you could hope for. She best represents the customer service you hope to get at any car dealership for service repairs! Thank you, Krysta!
