  • For starters, before going into service I had somewhat of an idea of the repairs that would come. My service advisor, Eduardo, was great. He verified the concern with me and took detailed notes of my vehicles condition. He set the expectation and had the vehicle ready before that and put customer service first, always. His communication was top tier through and through. I will definitely return and work with him for my future service needs. My Q50 is running like new, thanks Cerritos Infiniti.

  • I truly appreciated the customer service provided to me during my most recent visit to Cerritos Infiniti. I must be honest in that I haven’t always had great experiences at Cerritos Infiniti. However, the service representative at this most recent visit, really took care of me by ensuring that I was provided all available discounts for the service that I was receiving and did so without even making a big deal out of it. But this meant a lot to me. He also made sure that I was kept aware of the status of my car. This is the first time I’ve experienced the system they use that keeps me informed on the status of my service through my iPhone and explains every area that they are providing service on as well as the reasons and pictorial narration if possible. This is the top Quality service that I remember Cerritos Infiniti providing in years past, and I’m so glad to see this is may be a sign of the future for them and for their customers.

  • I went in to fix 3 different recall issues. I was a little frustrated that I didn’t get car transportation to get back home and bank again to pick up my car. They only provided a one way Lyft voucher. They did have a shuttle to the mall and that was helpful. Unfortunately, my car had to stay overnight. Once I picked up my car it came out with a new issue. When I called to share of the new issue they said that I had to pay for a diagnostic. I called back again asked to speak to asst manager in customer service. JOhn was awesome. He talked to me respectfully and helped fix the problem. I am grateful.
