  • The salesperson was friendly and took the time to make conversation with my husband and me. I explained that I was purchasing the vehicle for my teenager, who had recently earned her driver's license, so my top priorities were safety and reliability. During the test drive, the vehicle performed well, so we felt confident moving forward with the purchase. Unfortunately, less than a week after bringing it home, the vehicle would not start. I contacted the owner, who offered to have me bring it in. However, that wasn't possible because the vehicle was unable to stay running long enough to make the 25 minute drive. I then took it to a local repair shop in hopes of resolving the issue. After more than two months and approximately $2,000+ in repair costs, the shop has still been unable to determine what is wrong with the vehicle. Now I am left with significant repair expenses and an unreliable vehicle that I cannot safely put my teenage driver in. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend.
