  • I want to say that I had a great experience with the team at Family Auto Sales. I went in to purchase a car for my son, on his birthday. The process was quick and easy. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I think I spent more time test driving the vehicle than completing the paperwork etc. Johnny was kind to deliver the vehicle to my house. Eric was thoughtful enough to lend me the car bow so I could put it on the car. I would recommend them to anyone.

  • The issue I have is my 20 year old rushed and bought a car before I could get there. They sold it without a test drive and months later oil leaks which they did fix but right after transmission problems so she has a $4100 repair and a car payment on a car she can’t drive 🤦‍♀️ Updated Review (6/2026) I originally edited this review on March 20 because I still had not received a response to my phone calls. I planned to make one final attempt to contact the dealership before moving forward with the next level of complaint. Unfortunately, I am now updating this review again because there has still been no response and no attempt to address the issue. What we later discovered was that the oil leak was not actually the problem—it was a transmission fluid leak. My daughter was initially told there was nothing leaking, but we later learned the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid. Approximately 3–4 months after purchasing the vehicle, it lost power while going up the pass and had to be towed. This was a very dangerous situation, especially considering my daughter had her newborn baby in the car at the time. My biggest concern is the lack of customer service and accountability. It feels like there was a rush to sell my daughter a high-mileage vehicle with a failing transmission, but no urgency when it came to returning phone calls or addressing the problems afterward. Since then, my daughter has had to purchase another vehicle to have reliable transportation. At only 21 years old, she is now burdened with two car payments because of this situation. It's disappointing when businesses seem more focused on making a sale than taking care of their customers. This vehicle was purchased in April 2025 and has been sitting unusable since October 2025. At this point, since no one has returned my calls or attempted to resolve the issue, maybe I should have the vehicle towed back to your dealership and leave this piece of junk there. I simply wanted communication, accountability, and an effort to make things right.
