  I would like to share my experience with Automatia and the excellent customer service we received. The price that was listed was exactly the price presented to us—there were no hidden charges or unnecessary accessory fees added at the last minute. Our salesperson, Al, was upfront and honest from the beginning. He provided us with the Carfax report, answered all of our questions, and never used aggressive sales tactics. He took the time to sit down with us, explain everything clearly, and took us on a test drive. When we pointed out a minor issue with a tire pressure sensor, he immediately offered us a discount that made us feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. After months of searching for the right vehicle, visiting multiple dealerships, and dealing with constant upcharges and unnecessary fees while trying to purchase a vehicle outright without financing, our experience at Automatia was a refreshing change. We purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Trailblazer for less than the listed price, and Al took the time to break down every fee associated with the purchase so everything made complete sense. I purposely waited a month before writing this review so I could give an honest assessment of my experience. If you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Al. His honesty, transparency, and professionalism went a long way, and we absolutely love our SUV.   🚫⚠️Buyer Beware⚠️🚫: Sold a Lemon with Immediate, Severe Mechanical Issues ​I purchased a 2019 Ford Flex Limited from Automania, and it has been a nightmare since day one. I have only been making car payments for four and a half months, and the vehicle is already plagued with major mechanical and powertrain failures. ​The early signs were there immediately. The very first thing I had to call them for was to schedule a brake pad replacement and get the tires looked at. They set up an appointment for me, but the day before it was scheduled about a month and a half ago the car completely overheated and acted up. Because it broke down, I couldn't even make it to the appointment. ​A recent vehicle diagnostic scan reveals just how deep the issues go. The car completely failed its emissions status with a long list of ridiculous codes for a vehicle owned this briefly: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) requires a brand new catalytic converter, which is a $574.99 part alone. Camshaft Position Sensor 'B' Circuit / Intermittent A Camshaft Position Timing - Over-Retarded (Bank 1). ​It is incredibly dishonest and dangerous to sell a vehicle that flags severe engine, timing, and overheating problems right out of the gate. Paying hard-earned money every month for a car that is stuck in the driveway or breaking down on the road is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere else.

  UPDATE 2: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Was finally able to get it to a shop. Diagnosis, needs a new transmission which is gonna cost me $3800. Then he told me there’s also motor problems. The turbo has issues and another part, but he does not work on motor so it is going to have to go to another shop once he is done with the transmission. Had to have it towed to the shop and will have to have it towed home because it is not drivable. I was able to drive the car for a total of a month and a half before it had to be parked in my driveway for the last 4 months. Will be getting a lawyer shortly hoping for lemon law or responsibility from them since I have two separate documentations that show that there was issues with the car when I bought it. 0 out of 5 stars! Beware make sure you ask for records to protect you! This was the first car I have ever bought off of a lot and have payments! Worst decision I have ever made! I have a car that I cannot drive that I’m having to put out thousands of dollars of for and still have a monthly Car and insurance payment! UPDATE: BEWARE I AM NOW 2 months in with the car and officially cannot drive it! The transmission has been having issues for the last month! Having to pay for a car that I cannot even drive is terrible. I am having to pay to get it diagnosed, then fixing whatever issue it actually has. More updates to come! Worked with Al. Bought a car with them, they said they replaced the windshield and we would need to get the cameras calibrated for the lane departure and emergency brake system. I noticed the air bag light was on and he said that goes with the needing to be calibrated. I took it in to get calibrated the next day and the tech told me he could not calibrate because there are so many things wrong and the car should be taken back because it is unsafe to drive. He gave me the report of all the things coming back. There is something in the steering wheel that needs to be replaced, the brake and rotors also need to be replaced, none of the buttons on the steering wheel work and neither does the horn. As a dealer all of that should have been check and disclosed. If I could give 0 stars I would!
