  I recently purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. Sam, my sales person, was absolutely outstanding. He was patient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Sam carried himself with a calm, confident demeanor that really put me at ease, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect vehicle. Thanks to him, I drove away in a beautiful 2015 Lincoln MKZ that’s in excellent condition and exactly what I was looking for.   I started looking for a vehicle on the major car sites and came across a listing from Zein Motors. I forgot I filled out the information inquiry late Sunday night. While I was at work the next day I received a call around 10am which is when they open. Sam greeted me and immediately made me feel like family. He was as enthusiastic about the car as I was and I was excited to start the process. Sam listened to my questions completely before answering and was the most patient person I have talked to about buying a car. I started the financing process without seeing the car, taking his word for the condition. *Keep this in mind later. He was very communicative throughout this process and when he got me through the system gave me a couple options. I found what worked for me and said let's do it. My work schedule prevented me from making the trip out to test drive earlier than Saturday. I made an appointment for Saturday thinking that I wouldn't hear back until I met Sam in person. No not Sam, he messaged me and emailed me appointment reminders and followed up when I had a few final questions. 5 star customer service already and we had not met in person. I had a little over an hour to drive so I left early for my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes beforehand and was greeted immediately by the staff. I was offered a beverage and a seat. Very comfy chairs by the way. Upon meeting Sam, I was greeted with a firm handshake and we immediately started going through the details. I test drive the car. At first glance, it immediately looked even better than what he said. I knew I found the right car but I went for a test drive just to be sure. The car drove wonderfully. I returned with a beaming smile. I was sold. Paperwork process was very simple and the signing process was very quick. I cannot stress enough that this was the easiest buying process I've ever been through. All in all, if you want to find a great deal on a car that they would feel safe in as well Zein Motors is the best. I recommend that if you are in the market please check here. The service is impeccable and the attention to detail is fantastic. Check the inventory out today and see if you find something you like. Deals on deals on deals. All of Sam's employees are amazing as well. 5 star service and if I need to replace my spouse's car I will come here first.
