Thanks to him, I drove away in a beautiful 2015 Lincoln MKZ that’s in excellent condition and exactly what I was looking for. Overall, the dealership did a fantastic job, and I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended.

  • I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on 2/7/26. The test drive went well and the vehicle appeared to be in typical used condition with normal wear and tear. When I returned, I spoke with Sam, the salesperson who assisted me. He stated the price was special and non negotiable and assured me that everything on the Jeep was in good working order. I specifically asked about the tires because they looked worn, and I was told they would be fine for quite a while. It turns out they need to be replaced very soon and one already has a small leak. I also pointed out a loose wheel well cover and was told everything was fine, so I took his word for it. Within the first week and a half of owning the vehicle, multiple issues appeared. The windshield washer does not work, a headlight is out, trim fell off, and the suspension has a leak. The most serious issue is the air suspension can no longer hold the front end up, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I have reached out to the dealership several times and have received no response. I will be pursuing legal action for being sold a vehicle that was misrepresented and is not roadworthy. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
