  A piece of advice: always ask for an invoice before paying, and double-check exactly what you’re getting and for how much. This is especially true if you aren't an expert on the product. I came here to buy pallet racks and gave them the general dimensions I needed—specifically, 13 feet long and brand new. They told me 13-foot racks don't exist and offered 12-foot ones instead. I agreed and paid, unfortunately without getting an invoice first. When the delivery arrived, they brought me 8 or 6 (I’m not sure) foot racks that were used. To be fair, they eventually agreed to swap them out for the 12-foot ones. However, after the final delivery, they told me I had to pay extra, claiming they didn't understand me the first time due to a 'language barrier.' I feel completely ripped off.

  Best service for warehouse needs! I called around and either, no one would answer or they would send me a catalog. Erez, not only helped me picked out the pallets racks that fit my needs, but he also gave me a price right then and there. Delivery and installation was the next day! Highly recommend them!

  I was very impressed with this company. Everything I was told about the product was accurate and quickly received. I won't hesitate to contact this company again if I need more products in future.
