  • If one could only give zero stars, however this experience has been very enlightening. My daughter has been furniture shopping for several months, her dad and I have been assisting her with research & negotiations. She thought that she'd finally found her sectional at Style Furniture. We made contact to verify the price and that it was still in stock, both were confirmed. We explained that once my daughter was available to speak with them, she would be ready to purchase immediately and that is when everything changed. Now we entered the bait and switch game, we were told there were no red sectionals available. Yet, we have emails stating otherwise; we then were also told there was no item priced at that amount in the building or online. Again we have messages contrary to that statement. Thus began the high pressure sales tactics of lower quality, higher priced items that were just not what our daughter wanted. I read some of these reviews and I am not sure which location they are speaking of, but the Canton, Ohio location leaves much to be desired. We will never purchase from them, nor refer anyone to them.
