  I personally would avoid this place if you are looking for a good car buying experience. The car I was looking at buying ran fine on the test drive but obviously wasn’t detailed. The salesman at this place was exactly what you think of as your old school, trying to get one by on you, sleazy car salesman. When going through the car fax report, every few thousand miles, the break lines and engine were getting serviced or had an inspection. To me that was a red flag. The salesman could sense the hesitation around that and immediately started getting pushy. He said “That’s normal for these European cars. I used to work at a high end dealer and it was very common.” I asked him to show me on the other Audis if it was so common. We looked at 6 others and none of them had the same red flag. He even said “now I look like a fool.” He was lying through his teeth. When negotiating the price he wouldn’t move an inch…so be it. They were at the very top of kbb’s value. I offered him 500$ less than what they were asking and the salesman got aggressive again. Said he’s not moving because he’s “got it sold. I have a girl that’s coming tomorrow to buy it but I’ll still sell it to you.” Selling a vehicle out from another customer, you can make your own opinion about that. I think it was, again, an old school tactic to put pressure on me and that the girl didn’t exist because the car is still listed on their website. On top of the experience they have a 799$ doc fee and a 299$ inspection fee that, again, he wouldn’t even consider waving. If your cool getting yelled at by an aggressive salesman that’ll lie to you, this is your place!
