  My husband had an absolutely terrible experience with these people. He was trying to purchase an suv and made a 5000 $ down payment. After the dealer stated that as soon as the down$ cleared the car would be on a truck for delivery, they broke all contract with us for four days. When my husband finally got them on the phone they told us the car isn't being sent because they didn't secure a bank loan before they finalized the sale with us, which is fraud. It took well over a week after that to secure a loan after they lied to us again and stated that the only way this bank would approve our loan was that if we purchased the car lots warranty(the warranty in no way has anything to do with the bank, they just wanted commission). Bottom line is, they are extremely dishonest.And they sold us a car, and let us pay a five thousand dollar down payment on a car that they didn't even know If they could sell to us or not, and then tried to ghost us after we paid the down payment. When we got the car, the brakes were shot.We had to spend six hundred dollars on new pads and new rotors, because it was grinding metal to metalAs soon as it came off the truck. We had had the car for about 5 hours so its not like we drove it for weeks and it started grinding. and they claimed that they had a mechanic.Go through the car. As soon as we pulled it up to les schwab, the assistant that came out knew immediately that the brakes were shot and it was grinding metal to metal.He didn't even have to look at it. This has been the worst experience.We have ever had with a salesperson in any industry. And after all of this, after selling a car or letting us pay a down payment on a car that they didn't even know they could sell us after selling us a car with shot brakes, knowing that they were shot and grinding metal to metal.After ghosting us 4 days until we could get them back on the phone and then jerking us around for over a week, trying to get a loan on the car, the people who own the car lot have the audacity to blow up my husband's phone, asking him to take down a negative review. So if you would like to buy from a car lot that has all the worst qualities in a salesperson you can imagine, I suppose this would be the place for you.

  WARNING: This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. I found the car online and it was a decent price. I have never bought a car off the internet so this was going to be a new experience for me and I was really hoping that it would work out. The AD said it would be delivered to my home in about a week. My understanding was that when I gave them $4,000 down they would contact a shipping company and get my car to me. That is not what happened. According to their website my car should have been here yesterday. I sold my car over the weekend thinking that I would have my new car on Monday. I was so wrong and they keep saying that the bank doesn't like my cosigners proof of residences, we have literally sent them 6 different letters. I asked them to just take the cosigner off the loan and see if I can get it myself. Now they will not return my phone call, I have asked them for my money back if they couldn't get the deal done last Friday, at this point it feels like I am going to have to file charges against them to get my money back. I will say that for the most part the 2 or 3 people that I have talked to were polite, but it feels like as soon as they got my money they stopped working on my deal and could care less when I get my car or my money. Please Please save yourself the head ache and do not buy a car from these guys. I have bought several cars in my life time, I have sold cars for a while so I understand what banks need for the most part, I believe these guys are just jerking me around at this point because I got angry at them over the phone. I was told twice today someone would call me back and I still have not gotten a call. Tomorrow morning I will call the police down there and see if they can get them to return my money or ship my car. Car shopping should NEVER be like this. Customer service is a big part of sales, and I have been treated like shit once they got my money. They took my money and then I didn't hear from anyone for a day and half. I thought my car was on it's way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS IT WILL NOT TURN OUT GOOD FOR YOU.
