Could not be happier. This is a family run business, and they take pride in what they do. I bought a 15 wrangler. The owner is a Jeep and manual transmission enthusiast. They had 5 to choose from! No issues at all with the jeep. Very honest and straight forward people. Communication can be slow, but be patient. They will get back to you. Thanks so much!
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Within one week of purchasing my Kia Sorento, the vehicle broke down. When I contacted the dealership, they repeatedly gave me the runaround instead of taking responsibility for the problem. After a long delay, they finally agreed to repair the vehicle, but the replacement engine they installed was an older Hyundai engine with high mileage. Not long after, the vehicle broke down again. Since then, I have had to spend over $7,500 out of my own pocket on repairs just to keep the vehicle running, and I still need to replace the catalytic converter. This has been an expensive and frustrating experience. Throughout the process, David continued to give us conflicting information. He claimed the dealership didn't have a mechanic, even though we personally saw one working there. I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of being addressed honestly. I expected a reliable vehicle and fair customer service. Instead, I was left with a vehicle that has required thousands of dollars in repairs and a dealership that did not stand behind the car they sold me. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to do their research before making a purchase.
I don't understand how this business operates. Before making the trip (90 miles) from Los Angeles, I called to confirm the vehicle was available, and I was told it was. Before driving up the mountain, I decided to call again just to make sure, and that's when the gentleman informed me that although the vehicle was still for sale, it wasn't available because he had let his daughter use it for the week. If this is a personal vehicle being shared for personal use, then it shouldn't be advertised for sale to the public on a California registered auto dealer. Once a vehicle is listed for sale, potential buyers should be given accurate information about its availability. Wasting a customer's time, fuel due to poor communication is simply unacceptable. Not professional. (Replying to the businesses reply to my review:) As a business owner yourself, I don't think you fully understood my review. My concern isn't that you're using vehicles for personal use. The issue is that I was driving a considerable distance and called ahead specifically to confirm the vehicle was available. After receiving that confirmation, I later found out it wasn't available because someone's daughter was using it. In addition, I requested the AutoCheck report and, as of now, I still have not received it. So my concern isn't only about a vehicle being advertised for sale while unavailable due to personal use; it's also about the lack of communication throughout the process. Had I been given accurate information from the start and received the requested report in a timely manner, I could have made an informed decision without wasting my time, and fuel expenses. The issue is not personal use of the vehicle—it's availability and communication.
