  • Horrible communication. Took the day off work to go take a look at a vehicle. I tried calling them and texting them before I left just confirm because this dealer was 3 hours away. They didn’t answer, call back or text. After 4 hours later they finally text me saying that someone is going to buy it later, they could have told me this from the start.This dealer has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with and I buy multiple cars a year. Definitely do not recommend. UPDATE! They responded saying they were up front with me but I have messages of them not responding. I tried calling multiple times but they did not answer me. I called from 2 different phone numbers and they did answer those phone calls saying it was available! If it wasn’t available you wouldn’t have said “yes tomorrow is better” wouldn’t you.
