We are a true factory clearance center for a furniture manufacturer. Everything is discounted between 20% up to 80% of actual retail. Everything is sold As-Is with no warranty. New items arrive every week, and you take the piece you see! Discounts fall into 5 categories: • Current season overstock – Brand new. These are our newest introductions that we have a few extra pieces of and are selling at a discount to keep inventory levels in line. 20% off • Market samples – Brand new. Every three months our company shows many new exciting models at wholesale exhibitions. After the exhibition, all of the floor models are brought back her to sell. These are all one of a kind. 30% off • End of season – Brand new. These are models that we are discontinuing in order to make room for our newest introductions. 40% off • Scratch and Dent – Brand new. Sometimes our warehouse drops a box. If this causes any damage, we bring this item over to our outlet to sell at an extreme discount. 75% off • Customer returns – Not new. If an item gets returned for any reason, we liquidate the item here. 80% off Keep checking back! New items are arriving every week and once it's gone it's gone!

  • I have been searching for a chair for about 5 months, and we've visited other furniture stores. (We even ordered a chair from Costco, and then had to return it!) The first time we went to Furniture Factory Outlet we hadn't shopped around and they didn't have what I was looking for. But Tom told us that his inventory was always changing. After looking online and all around Portland, the prices were super high! Some of the overstuffed chairs were upwards of $1000! Even with the high prices I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I went back to the outlet store, and they did indeed have new inventory! The quality of the chairs were as good or better than we had found looking elsewhere. Today, I found 2 of the kind of overstuffed chairs I'd been looking for, and they were $435 each! We bought one and they are keeping it for a few days so we can get our delivery sorted out. Thank you, Tom! Your store is the best we found in town! And no high pressure sales person following you around. I can't wait to enjoy my chair!
