  • I have been looking for a Bentley Continental gt with a dark blue exterior and the linen white interior for several years. Two days before Christmas I found one at Da Vinci Automotive in Jacksonville, Florida and at a very reasonable price. I was worried about the holiday but our sales contact, Deni, made it very easy. He immediately arranged for the car to be taken to the inspection company of my choice and even had an interior upholstery matter taken care of while we were driving to Jacksonville. We arrived on Christmas eve and Deni had everything ready for a test drive and an hour set aside for us to look over the car and ask questions. He never rushed us and was patient with everything we wanted to check on the car. He stayed with us until nearly 6:00pm on Christmas eve. The day after Christmas it only took about 2 hours for us to agree on a price for our trade, their mechanic to install a new battery for free and for us to finalize a deal. By noon we were driving back home in our "new to us" Bentley. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, patient with our many questions and easy to work with. They had over 100 beautiful luxury cars and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. This was a very enjoyable experience. All taken care of in the middle of the Christmas holiday. Thank you Deni, Ed M.

  • Please don’t give these people your business, if not for your sake, then for mine. Nearly every part of this experience was negative. I’ve lost sleep, time, and will lose thousands of dollars due to deceptive practices. Please don’t let them get away with it. TL;DR: The car was misrepresented, communication was extremely poor, shipping took far longer than promised, I was accused of leveraging them for payment, and they refused to cover the cost of returning the car to the condition it was represented as. I inquired about a pre-owned Kia Stinger GT2 and was told delivery would be 3–5 days after purchase. I signed the bill of sale and warranty on Friday (12/5). The initial purchase packet listed a warranty for a different car, which I flagged immediately. I sent two wire transfers from different institutions (A and B). Institution A succeeded; institution B was returned on Monday (12/8). That same day I asked about shipping, informed Damir of the wire issue, and asked about visible AEM cold air intakes in the photos. The warranty explicitly excluded modified vehicles. I was told it “might just be a filter to look cool” and was assured in writing that the car and exhaust were stock. I also asked if the car could be picked up soon due to upcoming travel — no response. I followed up multiple times between 12/10 - 12/11 with no replies. On 12/11 I was told the car was being picked up that day— the same day I was previously told would be the latest delivery date. I was also told to contact my bank about the wire. My bank said the recipient information was invalid. When I asked Damir for the registered business address, he repeatedly sent the same wiring instructions, which did not include it, and then stopped responding. A second wire from institution B failed on Friday (12/12). Because I was out of town, I had to accept delivery at a different address. Upon driving the car, it was immediately obvious the exhaust and tune were not stock. A quick visual inspection showed the mufflers and resonators had been cut out, causing severe drone. The car also needed tires, brake pads, and rotors — borderline unsafe to drive — despite being told the tires would last 5-6 months. The car also did not come with the key for its wheel locks. On Monday (12/15) I contacted Da Vinci. Damir said I still had to wire the money and he’d talk to his manager. I told him transferring funds would take several days since I would need to move the money from institution B to A. I asked for a call back by EOD to discuss recourse for the undisclosed modifications and voided warranty. No call came. After multiple unanswered calls and texts, I spoke with Albert on 12/18. I requested a warranty refund and partial coverage for returning the car to stock (OEM exhaust alone is ~$4,300). He asked me to take it to Kia for inspection and said he’d get back to me that day. Then the manager, Luis, called. He claimed I hadn’t paid for the car and accused me of leveraging them, despite the car being delivered less than five days prior and the wire delay being explained repeatedly. He refused to cover any repair costs and said he’d cancel and refund the warranty. He was rude and unapologetic. I completed payment on 12/19 and emailed confirmation. As of 12/27, I still have not received written confirmation or a warranty refund. A shop inspection later found missing bolts and poorly secured parts, further showing the car was not properly cared for. Throughout this entire process, I remained polite and non-confrontational. I never withheld payment or issued ultimatums. Any claim that they “didn’t know” the car wasn’t stock is either a lie or gross negligence. While the sale was “as-is,” that does not excuse misrepresentation. Please don’t believe whatever response they give. I’ll only post a positive follow-up if they fully pay to return the vehicle to stock.

  • I purchased my dream car from Da Vinci Automotive. I found the car online on a Sunday called in and got connected with Ryan, one of the sales reps, He was a total professional and gave me confidence in the purchase. It ended up being the smoothest car purchase I've ever been a part of. They also had the car shipped to my home within 72hours. I have now been driving it for over a month and it runs great as promised. If you do your due diligence on the car you're buying and are serious about the purchase. You will have a good experience at Da Vinci Auto.
