He helped me choose a trailer that exceeded my expectations in quality, met all of my needs, was appropriately sized to my truck, and within my budget. I am very satisfied with my 2026 AMP 6 x 12 Buildable Side 10K Dump Trailer. I’m very pleased with the overall experience at this Jacksonville location. Highly Recommend!

  They offer decent trailers at reasonable price. The customer service is top notch. I went back to have them install some racks inside my trailer and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

  I would take my business elsewhere. To start they use "Bait and Switch" tactics to get you in the door and talking to someone. Once you agree on a trailer and they run your credit they will probably come back and tell you that there was a mistake on the website and try to raise the price an extra $2,000 on you. The Orlando location and Jacksonville Florida location are a joke. I called the Jacksonville Florida location and was hung up on when I asked the gentleman I was speaking to for his name. Not sure what kind of business they run here but there is no professionalism and they forget that they depend on customers to stay open. I actually called and spoke to a gentleman in Tampa that was super helpful and helped point me in the right direction. The guy that I spoke to at 2:30pm 3-11-26 at Jacksonville location had a very heavy accent, Hispanic (I know because I am Hispanic also) would not give me his name and insisted that he did not have to give me a supervisor to speak with and hung up. Its 2026 people, what are you doing??? I wouldn't even waste me time here, save yourself the frustration I even have the quote they gave us before they ran our credit, but it wont let me upload it for some reason. These people are a joke
