  • First I would like to say I'm very pleased with our sales lady Beatrice she was very wonderful to work with and amazing she got us a really good deal that I could not pass unfortunately the rest of the team/managers etc were not up to par after the deal they kept the truck due to a few issues etc wich is fine the problem was the lack of communication and every time I would call it seemed like they just had an attitude going one of the reps I reach out to that was allegedly a manager transfered me to parts to find out on my own about the truck we just purchased instead of taking action and first priority since it was already SOLD truck what bothered me the most is that they told me it will be done a certain day and they kept pushing it back this was frustrating because im a buisness owner myself and would plan my day to pick up the truck When we picked up the truck it was allegedly took to DETAIL and as everyone can see they cared less and dint even properly clean the truck Another issue was that allegedly it went to inspection etc and the first thing we noticed is low coolant and also the oil was not changed if your looking to make a purchase I would stay away from them since they do not care about standards will know have to pay an actual detail service and a mechanic to actually check it properly this was overall a very disappointing experience on the leadership team seemed they were more focused on selling than actually keeping their clients happy again please do stay away from this company Beatrice you were amazing nothing against you we loved out experience with you and keeping things very simple and very professional stay blessed

  • Benjamin was amazing! I came in for a jeep grand Cherokee, but I ended up leaving with my dream car which was a Dodge Durango. He went over details, pricing, anything you can name and he was very patient with me.He even took my old car off my hands. I would highly recommend this dealership especially my salesman Benjamin to anyone.
