  • The service at this dealership was absolutely top tier! Everyone was patient, open, and genuinely willing to work with me through the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. William and Mo were amazing — they kept me informed about everything from start to finish and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

  • Great team! I got low credit and they still found a way to get me in my dream car. They work fast and they work with you.. I really appreciate you all! I recommend it to everybody.

  • READ NOT A 3 Star rating. Read the reviews I could have saved myself a 3hr round trip. Before visiting, I called on Saturday specifically to ask about their document fees after reading poor reviews. Two different staff members told me the document fee was around $600, plus standard tax and registration. Against my better judgment, I decided to make the one-hour drive to see the vehicle in person. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the lot was severely overcrowded. Cars were packed so tightly together that you couldn’t walk between them Red flag #1: The vehicle was buried deep in the back of the lot—at least 30 cars. It was hard to imagine how anyone could reasonably test-drive a car here without hours of shuffling vehicles. The cars were cover in show and nothing was shoveled so the salesman took a hard-plastic tool (not meant for snow removal) and was gauging it into the hood to remove the snow. I said I guess you are not worried about the paint huh? No response. Red flag #2: The main interior of the building smelled of alcohol and stale cigarettes—unprofessional and unpleasant. There was no greeting, acknowledgment or basic courtesy. Red flag #3: The owner/manager immediately wanted my personal information and how I planned to pay, even though I clearly stated I was only there to test-drive a car and had not made a purchasing decision. I was handed off to the only Salesperson who flat out refused to proceed until I provided personal information, so I entered placeholder details just to move things along. At that point, the salesperson turned the monitor toward me to show the price breakdown. Keep in mind, I didn’t ask about the price. I just if it would be possible to test drive it. Despite not asking I now appreciate them not wasting anymore of my time. Remember I was told multiple times that document fees were approximately $600, the actual fees told a very different story: • $1,799.00 document fee • $534.00 additional fee (not clearly explained) • $699.00 handling fee This inflated a listed price of $6,999 to over $10,000, before taxes, title, and registration were even added. Its my personal opinion the salesman adjust the fees to whatever they think they can get out of you. That would be the only explanation of why other reviews had fees of 1500. I don't remember exactly what the individual fees were for because once I saw 1799.00 I lost interest. I do recall the salesman adding it up for me to $3032.00 in fees. Below are only a small portion of the complaints from 2025. •Nysmfd — June 4, 2025 — Review noted the vehicle advertised at $5,400 ended up quoted at about $8,500 once a $1,500 dealer fee •Keisha A. — June 3, 2025 (Yelp snippet) — Warned others not to waste their time Christopher D. — July 2, 2024 (Yelp snippet) — Called the visit a “Waste of time,” •“Biggest scammers ever met.” — June 15, 2025 — While not explicitly calling out a document fee, •“I saw all the negative reviews …” — May 7, 2025 (Ashne from Connecticut) — Complained of “scammers with fake prices online •“So I went to see a car they posted …” — May 1, 2025 (Frank from NJ) — Highlighted that a car listed for sale didn’t even have a motor. •April 28, 2025 (Melvin Lopez from NJ) — Complained about financing and service, which reviewers tie back to unexpected fees/charges during purchase.
