If you’re looking for a new vehicle, seriously, go to Suiter Automotive and ask for Charlotte! She got us into exactly what we were looking for! A Chevrolet Silverado with an amazing deal! We’re happy as can be with the whole experience. What stood out most is that it didn’t feel like that typical, high-pressure "sales" vibe. Charlotte is super personable and actually treats you like a human being rather than just another commission. She made the entire process easy and actually enjoyable. Charlotte made the entire process easy, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. She was very generous with her time and knowledge, which made me feel confident in my purchase. The dealership offers reliable vehicles and has on-site mechanics who are super helpful and informative. I also purchased an extended warranty for peace of mind, but they already include a standard 15-day or 500-mile warranty, which was a great bonus. A few weeks after buying the car, I had an issue with the battery, and they were quick to help—no hassle, no runaround. They truly stand behind their vehicles and care about their customers. When I say they were amazing, I mean it. I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. Staff was very friendly and good to work with. Worked directly with Ray the owner on the final price, none of the “big dealership” hassle of the salesman/supervisor/manager pricing game. In the office, Charlotte was very organized and signing all the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. Overall, a streamlined, easy buying experience.
