Since our founding in 1938, Auburn Chevrolet has strongly believed that customer service is what sets any car dealer apart from the others.   • Had an extremely tricky issue with my Equinox EV. The technician was extremely helpful and reached out to corporate who assisted in identifying the issue. It did take awhile for the part but thats no fault of the dealer. Once it arrived it was promptly installed and they kept me in the loop the entire time. Shoutouts to Gypsi and John for the excellent work!

  • Auburn Chevrolet was a totally enjoyable process from the sales through the service each person that I dealt with were kind, thoughtful, and professional. Candie and Rick from the sales team answered all of my questions regarding my used car purchase. We negotiated fairly and openly and enjoyed the overall experience there. Then the following week I found some things that needed to be addressed, so I took my vehicle back to the Auburn Chevrolet servicing department where I met Brendon the service manager. He addressed every issue I had in a very proactive manner, including picking up my car which would not start and supplying me with a loaner car while mine was being serviced. During the servicing he addressed my initial concerns Plus replaced the battery that became a concern after I had left a lot.   • My car is still currently being fixed because the part is on back order so I can’t speak on Mechainic side of things but the service side is the best. I got lucky enough to McKenna as my service provider and she is so sweet and so helpful and really goes above and beyond to help Chevys customers. Nobody likes dealing with car stuff but she makes it a lot much better.
