  • I looked a lot at options before coming in to Auburn Chevrolet. When I walked in, Brent approached and said hello. I let him know I was looking for a Chevy Equinox that was moved due to a car show for the following morning. He pointed them out and offered to give me space to look them over. I was curious about the difference in the trim packages and he walked me through the differences between the LT and the Activ trim levels. We took a very nice and chill test drive through the area. No pressure. No obvious qualifying questions. Just let me drive while we talked about the area. I was very happy with the Activ trim level and got the paperwork started. Brent did a fantastic job walking me through the process. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service. Also a shoutout to Tanner and Hunter. Very good people skills and very easy to talk to. Great job, guys!

  • Brought my car in for new tires and alignment. The tech did a great job, they didn't gouge or scratch my rims, and my car drives smooth and straight as a board. Service desk was friendly and helpful as well. Thank you everyone.

  • The staff were polite. They gave me quick service. Less than 40 minutes, I was out of the Chevy centre, my vehicle having been fixed expertly. They took their time to explain things in a manner I found so easy to understand. What I liked most are the people skills the staffers showed: smiling, polite and respectful!
