Since our founding in 1938, Auburn Chevrolet has strongly believed that customer service is what sets any car dealer apart from the others. In addition to being a top Tacoma and Puyallup Chevy dealer, we are also a full-service automotive repair center and body shop. Our service department is staffed by GM-certified technicians, and we offer a free shuttle to our service customers.

  • Can’t speak highly enough about these guys. McKenna, Brendon, the repair team and body shop team helped get my car back to tip top shape after another mechanic shop broke a bolt off into the frame. I was beyond frustrated when they lifted my car and showed me the damage done by the other mechanic shop (for a repair that wasn’t even needed, mind you) but they were able to fix it and send me on my way within 24 hours. From now on this is the ONLY place I’ll take my Chevy! See pics for before and after. The replacement bolt they put in was stronger than the original 😊

  • I cannot say enough about the team at Auburn Chevrolet! I drove from SE Pierce to look at a Camry I saw online, after looking at dozens of others elsewhere. Faiz in sales was friendly, patient and beyond helpful. He got us out of the rain, went over everything about the vehicle, took us on a drive and made fast friends with my teenage son. I appreciated the no pressure experience. He even took me to return my rental and made an often-stressful purchase easy. The staff was professional and made sure I was happy with the experience. The managers were great and worked to make everything fit my needs. Greg in finance got me a great service contract and made the paperwork process easy.   • The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend coming here in the future. Thank you McKenna and John (I believe that's the manager's name. I could be wrong and I'm sorry) for your help in the service department. Also, I think the courtesy shuttle driver. He was fun to talk to and very prompt in getting me to and from the location.
