  • This Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealership is the place to go. After Horrible experiences with the other dealers in the area I was done with all of them. A friend referred me to Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge and what a breath of fresh air. I had the air bag recall on my 2003 Dodge 1500 pickup. I hadn't taken care of it for years because of the terrible response to my requests for appointments to get the work done from other dealerships. I called the service department at ECJDR and spoke to a wonderful lady. She put me on hold for maybe 30 seconds to check if they had the bag in stock and made an appointment for the very next day to get the work done. When I arrived for my appointment I was checked in swiftly and the work was done in the time line they said AND they washed and vacuumed my truck. There skilled technicians did the work perfectly. I couldn't tell that anyone had even touched my truck the work was so good. I wish I could call out some names of the people I delt with but unfortunately I didn't get them. No matter because they are all total professionals. If you need any work on your Chrysler product, don't even THINK about going anywhere else even if you have to drive 100 miles.
