  • Purchased a 2025 Certified Pre Owned Subaru Forester Sport. Sam was the person that assisted me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his no pressure to buy attitude. He and Garret made the whole buying process easy and non stressful. I also like how they price there vehicle. What you see is what you pay. No haggling involved. I’m definitely going back to Autonation Subaru if I decide to get another Subaru. Thank you guys!

  • My mom and I first fell in love with the Outback back in September 2025, when we rented one for a 1,000-mile road trip and my son’s boot camp graduation. It was the first car that both of us truly felt comfortable riding in for long distances. By December, I traded in my beloved sports car for my own Outback—“Olive”—and I absolutely loved it. Fast forward to last week: I went in for a routine oil change and happened to receive a “trade-up” email. Out of curiosity (and maybe a little daydreaming about hybrids), I started browsing. I was shocked to see how affordable the newer EV models were—especially the Uncharted. When I arrived for my appointment, I decided to explore my options, and I’m so glad I did. Shelby, the trade-up specialist, was incredibly patient and answered all of my (many!) questions without any pressure. She helped me land an amazing deal—zero down, zero interest—and my monthly payments are basically what I was already spending on gas. The financing process was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly low-pressure. A big thank you to Sean for making that part so easy! To top it off, Shelby brought out a giant bow for a photo, and Don, the service manager, came out to personally thank me for my purchase. That kind of attention to detail and customer care really stood out. What impressed me even more was the follow-up. Both Shelby and Don have checked in over the past week to make sure all my questions were answered and that I’m loving my new vehicle. From the service department to the sales team, every interaction I’ve had with this dealership has been fantastic. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience.

  • I had an extremely frustrating experience at this dealership while attempting to purchase a brand-new car, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a major purchase. While looking at a new vehicle that had been on the lot for less than 24 hours, we noticed several visible scratches on the car. The salesperson initially tried to dismiss them as “just dirt” and even told us that “all the cars on the lot look like this.” One of the marks was wiped in front of us and it did not come off, making it obvious that it wasn’t dirt at all. Before signing anything, we raised the concern again because no reasonable buyer wants to sign paperwork for a brand-new vehicle with visible scratches. We were told that the marks would “buff out,” but when we asked to actually see that done before committing to the purchase, the tone of the conversation quickly changed. When we spoke with sales manager, instead of addressing the concern professionally, he was dismissive and rude. His response was, “we can’t fix what we can’t see,” despite the fact that the scratches had already been pointed out. He then followed that up with the condescending comment, “if this car isn’t up to your standards I don’t know what car will be.” The issue wasn’t just the scratches—it was the attitude. At no point did anyone seriously attempt to resolve the concern, inspect the vehicle properly, or demonstrate the simple fix they were claiming would take care of the problem. Instead, the response was to minimize the issue and speak to potential customers in a dismissive and unprofessional way. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve honesty and basic respect when they raise legitimate concerns about the condition of a vehicle. Being told that obvious scratches are “just dirt,” and then being talked down to by management for wanting the issue addressed before signing paperwork is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to inspect the car extremely carefully and be aware that if you raise concerns about the condition of the vehicle, you may be met with excuses and dismissive responses rather than any real attempt to make it right.
