  • Bought 2 beautiful cars within “3 weeks!” When I say Jayden is a gem and an amazing car salesman, I mean he’s the best there is out there! I didn’t think I would purchase 2 new cars in such a short period of time. He really takes his time to show you the car and make you love them. I can tell he has a huge passion for cars. There was not an ounce of pressure from him towards my wife and I to purchase a car. Instead, he showed us everything both cars are capable of and what to love about them. He’s very knowledgeable with ALL the cars he showcased and passed by and always had an answer. Most of importantly, he took care of us with ANYTHING we could possibly need throughout the whole experience! A true salesman! Ask for Jayden when you check out Subaru. It will be more than worth your time. On a side note, thank you Sean for making the financials for both cars the best deal. You really helped us out a lot as well. You guys are a fantastic team!   • We have been very disappointed with my experience at Subaru Carlsbad. For over a year, our tire pressure warning light has been perpetually on, on our Crostrek. The tire pressure itself is clearly fine, and the car has been in multiple times for routine maintenance and tune-ups during that period. Despite this, the service department has repeatedly refused to even look at or adjust the issue unless we first pay a $200 diagnostic fee. Not fix it — just look at it. That’s especially frustrating given the car was already in their care for other paid services, where addressing something this basic should not require an additional upfront charge. This feels less like customer service and more like a rigid policy designed to extract fees rather than help customers. A warning light that has been acknowledged repeatedly and is clearly not a tire safety issue should not require a $200 barrier just to reset or evaluate. I expect better from a Subaru dealership and from a service department that claims to stand behind its customers. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously eroded my trust, and I’ll be thinking twice before returning.
