  AutoNation USA - Austin says it right there on the building. "We'll Buy Your Car"... and in my case, I'm very happy they did. I had an online (sight unseen) AutoNation offer printed out for my 2021 Ford Explorer ST when I walked into the dealership a little before 6 PM the evening of December 23, 2025 and met with Richard Frazier, my buyer. I had gotten a few higher offers than AutoNation's online offer from other dealerships for my vehicle during the day but these other places had closed and I was hoping to make a transaction before I left town for Christmas the next morning by either beating or matching my best offer. I parked my Explorer in front of the dealership and walked into AutoNation USA Austin with not particularly high expectations (which ended up being completely overturned). Right from the get-go, Richard had a fun easy-going, super friendly attitude that made me feel right at ease as he checked out my vehicle with his manager. We went back and forth on price just a bit and then he came back with the offer I accepted. I had all my paperwork in order, and the whole process was therefore seamless and super straightforward from beginning to end, and I left the dealership with a check in hand just as the ad promised. :) If you're in the Austin area and want to sell a car without the hassle for a fair price, make sure you give a shout to Richard at AutoNation USA in North Austin.   Asa was awesome, we went in and looked at many options. We ended up having several cars parked on the side when we was done. They didn’t give us any hassle for taking so much of there time. They were all awesome with smiles. They give us great options for warranty and gap. That’s where it’s at. Small problems can be fixed later but just make sure to get the full warranty. All and all we had a great Experience. We are returning customers due to the fact that the last car we drove around the USA from one side to the other without having to put it in the shop. We really like this location. Nadir was way cool and funny
