  I’ve bought and sold many luxury cars so I know what to look for when working with dealerships . We had to get a very specific car from a different dealer across the country. Elizabeth Hernandez was a pleasure to work with. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes locally, or searching nationwide and want to get one shipped, this is a great dealership to work with. Manager Trent is a solid guy as well. He was fair on my trade appraisal and was alright with me using my own financing and not theirs. They were still happy to get the deal done for me.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes-Benz G 550 from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Jeff Kim, our Korean-American sales consultant. From the very beginning, Jeff was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. He took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never made us feel pressured. What truly impressed me was his outstanding customer service even after the purchase. Jeff personally drove all the way to University Place to pick up our down payment check, and later made another trip to deliver our Mercedes-Benz rubber floor mats after they arrived. That’s about a 50-mile drive each way, and it’s rare to find that level of dedication and care after the sale is complete. I also want to recognize Scott in Finance. Even after our purchase was finalized, he continued working to find us a lower interest rate instead of simply settling for the original financing. Thanks to his persistence, he was able to secure us a better rate. That kind of commitment to customers is something you don’t see very often. This experience was a complete contrast to when we previously purchased a Mercedes-Benz from the Tacoma dealership. At that time, we later discovered additional charges that had not been clearly explained during the buying process, which left us disappointed. At Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, everything was transparent from the beginning. Every cost was clearly explained, and there were no surprises. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Jeff, Scott, and the entire staff. Their professionalism, efficiency, kindness, attention to detail, and sincere commitment to taking care of their customers made this an exceptional experience from start to finish.
