  • My boyfriend came to this location after a bad experience at Mercedes of Seattle. Alan and Scott were AMAZING and we’re very grateful to have worked with them, as they were very professional, positive, honest and experienced. We test drove on Friday night and put in the paperwork and returned the next day for his beautifully detailed car. My bf and I are VERY satisfied and grateful for this location and staff who were all very friendly and helpful.

  • Today, my husband and I picked up our first Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz Bellevue, and Heru was our sales associate. He made the entire experience truly enjoyable. Heru spent a great deal of time walking us through the car and accompanying us on multiple test drives as we considered two different models. Most importantly, he never pressured us—everything was completely stress-free. Heru was always accessible and responsive. Ultimately, we decided to build a custom vehicle to get exactly what we wanted while staying within budget. Even with several back-and-forth changes to the configuration, Heru remained patient and courteous throughout. During the 3 months of waiting, Heru aways provides updates and keep us informed on progress. I would highly recommend Heru to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes at the Bellevue location.
