  We had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Bellevue all thanks to our salesman Lorenzo. He went above and beyond to make sure all the things I mentioned during our initial conversation were on the car I ended up getting. His communication through out the process was also reassuring that I made the right decision. The entire process was smooth and easy. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours (including finance) which is rare. They really make the whole process enjoyable. Thankful for this group !

  I’ve bought and sold many luxury cars so I know what to look for when working with dealerships . We had to get a very specific car from a different dealer across the country. Elizabeth Hernandez was a pleasure to work with. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes locally, or searching nationwide and want to get one shipped, this is a great dealership to work with. Manager Trent is a solid guy as well. He was fair on my trade appraisal and was alright with me using my own financing and not theirs. They were still happy to get the deal done for me. Good group of people.

  Wonderful experience! I worked with Anthony Trick while I was looking for specific vehicles in a specific price range and he was very patient and helpful throughout the search. He was immediately responsive any time I had a question or concern, and always made me feel like an important customer even though I wasn’t buying a brand new or comparatively expensive vehicle. I went to several luxury car dealerships, and they were by far the most pleasant to deal with. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and it was by far the most efficient car-buying experience I’ve had. I feel like I got a great deal on the car without the pain of haggling, and would absolutely recommend Anthony and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue to friends and family.
