  I chose Toyota Mall of Georgia to begin my search for a used car. I called the location and spoke with Jordan a sales representative who was very nice and helpful. I told Jordan exactly what I was looking for and we communicated weekly until I was ready to buy a car. I walked in on a Saturday and I already knew what car I wanted to get. The waiting room was clean and spacious. There were many places to sit and even a snack area. Although we were there for a really long time, the sales agent really wanted the deal. He even bought me a snack from the snack machine. When it came time to do the numbers, Wade the manager worked with us to negotiate a deal. Wade even noticed the fact that my stepdad was a veteran and was so gracious in his appreciation. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most when negotiating a deal. It’s not just about the sale, but it’s about the person and their story. Andres Delgato the financial agent, was very understanding and patient. This dealership is exemplary and I would highly recommend. In the end, I got the car that I wanted and walked away feeling like when I take my car back for service I will be taken care of.
