Roy was exceptional throughout the process—professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. He helped me look for exactly what I was looking for, a 4Runner Limited, and took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and options. We also went on a test drive, and he allowed me to explore other vehicles without any pressure. Overall, the level of customer service was outstanding, and I would gladly return in the future.
