  This was my second lease at this dealership, brought my car in for service and decided to test drive an MDX while I was waiting because it was on my short list of next possible vehicle when my lease was up. Phong came out, noticed and greeted my gf and I. Introduced us to Kellie who allowed me to test drive a vehicle. I know that everyone’s experience with numbers regarding a vehicle lease or purchase will be dependent on their own situation, but they both worked together to get me at a number I was comfortable with and they weren’t pushy during negotiations.

A special thank you to Adrian, our sales consultant, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We would also like to recognize Z in Finance, who was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the financing process smooth and stress-free.
