  The I’m going to get in trouble with my manager, salesman (Jose). Sunday afternoon my wife and I wanted to test drive the IX 2026 M60. We got an IX 45 the lowest trim level. Which we were not interested in but that what he wanted to show us and made so much effort to pull it out from being blocked by other cars. After a quick test drive around the few blocks in the area behind the dealership we retuned back. I again asked for the IX M60 which was already out front and parked when we first got there but Jose was so focused on what he wanted to show us that he didn’t know the difference between the two trims. (Not sure I buy that) Then we were done and ready to leave for our other appointment to test drive another car somewhere else. Then Jose stops us and states he has to get his manager to talk to us because if he doesn’t he will get in trouble??? Why is that our problem or concern. Secondly that is such an old and very poor sales tactic that we will never be back. And we had previously bought my X5 from this location because we had a great experience but after this sad and poor excuse of a stall tactic we will never be back. Don’t play games with adults who have purchased cars before and don’t treat people like they don’t see through your nonsense. Sad because we previously test drove a bmw IX 50 with air suspension and it drove like a dream but it was used and we are looking for new. This salesperson drove us away. Needless to say we didn’t wait for him to run inside to get his manager we walked back to our car waved good bye and drove off. Why should I wait for your manager to try to timeshare sell us on a car. Not the experience we are used to from this Buena Park location. Guess management has changed here. We will move on to a different BMW location maybe McKenna or Crevier.
