He was incredibly kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. While I was waiting for the paperwork, he consistently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was taken care of. He made the buying process smooth, stress free, and enjoyable. George was also extremely knowledgeable about the M4 Competition and took the time to thoroughly explain the features, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident with my new car before I drove off. I truly appreciated that he never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about providing the best experience possible. I also want to recognize the manager, who was equally welcoming, kind, and hospitable. Together, they created an outstanding dealership experience that exceeded my expectations.   Excellent experience with BMW of Buena Park Service Department. Justin took great care of me throughout the entire service process—professional, responsive, patient, and always willing to explain my options. I also really appreciate his manager, Chris, for working with me and helping make everything work out. My BMW needed an oil filter housing repair as well as engine end cap repairs, and based on my experience, if your BMW develops these same issues, I wouldn’t want to have the work done anywhere else. Justin and Chris really worked with me, and I felt confident having BMW technicians handle these major repairs. Another huge plus was the brand-new BMW loaner they provided while my car was being serviced. Having a new BMW to drive throughout the repair is an excellent value-added service and definitely one of the advantages of having your car serviced at the dealership. Justin and Chris genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. My only complaint is that they gave me absolutely nothing to complain about. 😄 Thank you Justin, Chris, and the entire BMW of Buena Park team. 10/10 experience and highly recommended!

  Purchased a beautiful 2023 BMW 330i with the MSport package and was assisted by Jose Chichipa. Jose was awesome and I would happily work with him again! The buying process was easy and no hassle. Jose answered all my many questions and was very knowledgeable, easy going, and a pleasure to work with. The dealership is very welcoming and has some nice amenities. First time BMW owner and will probably never drive anything else now. Loving my new to me BMW so much! Thank you Jose!!
