  • I took our 2024 Sahara into normal oil change. Was greeted by an attended to confirm my appointment and promptly guided to the Service Advisor - Vince. He was very kind and went over the service. I had a coupon that was sent to me via email by the dealer and he honored that with no problem. I waited and did some work in the waiting room and enjoyed complimentary coffee. About an 75 minutes he let me know I was ready to go and shared the recommended services. He wasn't pushy or salesy at all but very informative and showed genuine care. One of the best advisors I've dealt with in a very long time. Definitely recommend you ask for Vince if you can.

  • While we were accommodated immediately and Michael provided excellent, courteous service, we noticed before departing that the paperwork lacked information about the recall. As a result, we waited an additional 30 minutes for the recall check to be completed. Promptly addressing this oversight saved us a two-hour round trip, as our local dealership offers limited services.
