  • In July 2023 my car was hit by a drunk driver on the driver side, towards the back. I brought my car to the Acura dealership to repair all of the damages. They claimed they fixed all the damages and everything was repaired like new. Since then I've brought my car there many times for maintenance, and I've only used them for all of the maintenance. Recently, I was washing the car, and I noticed that the part of the headlight that is under the hood was broken. The hood was fixed, but the light under the hood was broken, like if something was dropped on it, or like something crushed it. Since the crack was under the hood, it had to be done while the hood was open, and the only time the hood was open, was when it was at the dealership! I called them to ask about it and how it happened. They claimed that it happened during the accident, in 2023. However, they had told us that all the issues caused by the accident had been repaired! Either, they never repaired all the damages, like they claimed, and lied about it, OR they did the damage themselves and never disclosed it. I asked them to repair it and they said it's going to cost me $1,200, even though this issue should have either already been fixed or was caused by them. The owners should fix this because I'm certain they are the cause, but even if it was the accident, they should have fixed it. I've been a loyal customer for many years, they should fix it.
