  • I recently had a great experience at a dealership that came highly recommended by a friend. The General Manager, Cody, was the first person I spoke with over the phone, and right from the start, he was super friendly and genuinely helpful. I expressed my interest in finding a safe and reliable vehicle for my daughter, who has just turned 16. Even though it was a Saturday and the dealership was busy, Cody took the time to gather my information and work on options for me. A few hours later, he got back to me with some numbers, but unfortunately, the payment plan didn’t fit my budget. Instead of leaving me hanging, Cody offered some suggestions for other vehicles that might work better for us, which I appreciated. Eventually, I found an Infiniti QX30 that I really liked. Cody invited my husband and me to come in for a test drive, and he set us up with Singh, who was equally helpful and answered all of our questions. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward. However, it was 8:00 PM, and we decided we would come back the next day. On Friday, Singh had to leave early, so we were helped by another salesperson, Matt. He was just as helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience at the dealership was very positive. Cody and his team were attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found the right car. I’d recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly and supportive car buying experience!
