  This is my second time going to Honda Fremont and I will be coming to them again and again for maintenance or if I need another vehicle. For reference my wife and I came in last February to purchase a new vehicle after she was in an accident, totaling her sedan. I was referred by a friend about the friendly and attentive associates that work here and I was not mislead. The moment we walked in Sergio was an enormous help guiding us through the whole process. He got us behind the wheel of a new Honda Pilot with all the options we were looking for in no time at all. The financial team at this establishment went above and beyond on our first purchase with them. They were informative on sales and discounts being offered that we were not aware of. They answered all of our silly and sometimes repetitive questions with clear no BS answers. Needless to say when it came time to replace my old Acura, last week, I knew where to go. Reaching back out to Sergio, he did all the ground work for us over the phone and text to make sure we got pre-approved before coming in. When I arrived Sergio pointed me to Don to seal the deal. Don wasted no time and brought the car I was looking for around for my family and I get in and inspect. The BMW they had in their inventory was super clean and serviced. Could not have been more happy with the attention to detail this team provides. From purchasing brand new to used, AutoNation Fremont Honda is a prestigious dealership that continues to win our business.   Overall, my experience buying my car was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. The customer service really stood out and I appreciated how quickly everything was handled. That being said, being forced to pay for add-ons and extra protection packages that I didn’t necessarily want wasn’t a good look. It would’ve made the experience even better if those options were clearly presented as optional instead of feeling mandatory. Great service overall — just wish there was more transparency and flexibility with the extras.

  Alex was awesome! Very patient and thorough. Steven was wonderful. Buying a car can be stressful but they both made it very easy. Alliance the staff were very friendly.
