  I am beyond delighted with my experience at Lexus of Tampa. Felix (Sales), Matt (F&I) and Devon (Sales Director) were attentive, friendly and most importantly efficient and active listeners - they all delivered. Honestly, this was my best car buying experience ever (start to finish was 2 hours), and I'm old(er) (I've bought a lot of cars over the years). I was also happy and impressed with the diversity at the dealership. Very important to this buyer. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

  Kamil was outstanding!! I had my wish list of the car I wanted and he was above and beyond searching for it. He made my car purchase better than I’ve ever experienced. So attentive, so kind, so responsive, got pictures and videos for me in the dark, checked every detail of the car, so honest and just a great great person!! Diego in finance was the BEST, no high pressure sales of add on features, spectacular experience!! I would without a doubt recommend Lexus of Tampa Bay and more specifically Kamil!!! His customer service relations are the best I’ve ever encountered for buying a car. Gold Star

  Johannes was an exceptional salesman who catered to our every request, took as much time as we needed to discuss our purchase, and never rushed us. He was very respectful and extremely helpful and truly made it feel like he WANTED our business. Highly recommend anyone looking for a Lexus go to Tampa Bay and request him! The sales manager, Alexis was also extremely personable and pleasant to work with. She truly made us feel like a part of the Lexus family and not just a customer! Very thankful we found the right deal with the right people!
