The way he orchestrated the whole process that enabled me to fly form San Diego to San Jose, purchase my new BMW M550I, and drive it back home all in the same day was a sight to see. He came in 15 mins early to make sure everything was in place to make the process quick and easy for me as well as explaining and answering all of the questions I had. He is truly one of a kind.
