  • BUYERS BEWARE - especially internet buyers, because THEY LIE about the condition of their cars! NO FOLLOW-UP AS THEY PROMISED! The GM PJ Roshan and Sales Manager Don or Finance Manager Alexis won't take my calls or return them or respond to my emails and texts! This dealership MISREPRESENTED the condition of the 2025 preowned M850i convertible that I recently purchased from them. Since I was buying the car from across the country, I had to rely on the dealerships professionalism and integrity. MISTAKE! I requested that both the sales manager Don and the salesman Cesar be my eyes and ears and make me aware of any flaws on the like-new car, which had approx. 6,300 miles on it. Specifically, I requested that they verify that there were no flaws on the expensive wheels, including road rash. I was told there was some road rash on one wheel ONLY, which they agreed to repair. Unfortunately when the car arrived, I saw that the front passenger wheel was actually BENT by the air valve. There was no damage to the tire or any other visible damage to the wheel. My guess is that the tire had perhaps been replaced and wheel cosmetically repaired to try to hide it, but the bend in the wheel remained. According to the local dealership, BMW of Dallas, they informed me after inspecting the wheel that BMW's position was that repair wasn't an option and the wheel needed to be replaced @ approx. $1,400. After emailing Mountain View BMW and texting their finance person Alexis on 11/25/25, he called me on 11/26/25 to ask if anyone had contacted me regarding my email and text, since he had forwarded them to his bosses. I told him no one had reached out at all, especially his GM. He said he would personally walk over to his managers to be sure I heard from someone. I never did, that is until I once again texted Alexis on 12/1/25 that his dealerships lack of response and ownership of the problem was forcing me to escalate this. Only then did Alexis call me. He reluctantly claimed his dealership would not take responsibility, with no explanation. So here I am writing this honest timeline and review. I had requested the General Manager, PJ Roshan, call me probably a dozen times, but to date he's ignored me. The Sales Manager Don that sold me the car won't take my calls or return them. They are LIARS and CROOKS with no customer or product support, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
