Everything was transparent, especially the pricing—no hidden fees or last-minute changes, which I truly appreciate because I’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships where the final price kept going up with extra charges. Mitchell was professional, experienced, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His assistant Sonia was also very friendly and helpful. She was very welcoming and always provided clear and knowledgeable answers to all of my questions about the car. Overall, this was one of the most honest and pleasant dealership experiences I’ve had.   This was the smoothest experience. I was a bit apprehensive about making such a major purchase from out of state, but Sonja was incredible. She provided me with a detailed video of the vehicle and answered all of my questions before I flew to Plano. Omar and the finance team had all of the financing done in advance, so I spent minimal time doing paperwork. Including a test drive, I spent less than two hours in the dealership, and was back on the road. Would definitely do business with Sonja and the Audi Plano team again. Thanks for such a great experience!
