  I had an excellent experience at Audi Plano, and a big part of that was thanks to Ericka. From the very beginning, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, and even before I came in, Ericka took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt informed and comfortable moving forward. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was organized and efficient. The time I spent there couldn’t have been easier, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and never pushy. I’m used to the feeling of going into battle when buying a car, but that was definitely not the case here. The transparency around pricing was also a pleasant surprise. Ericka was great throughout the entire process, calm, knowledgeable, and laid back. She made the experience feel relaxed and straightforward, and I always felt like she genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale. Her communication before and during the appointment really stood out and made the whole experience much better. If you’re visiting Audi Plano, I highly recommend working with Ericka. She made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

  They handed Destiny to me at Audi Plano and she did all the leg work to find me my Ascari Blue B10 S5, and it was all an awesome experience. Her and the whole Audi team made me feel right at home and went the extra mile to make it all a memorable experience. I'll definitely be back for my next, hopefully it'll be an RS Avant...

  My salesperson Carlton was awesome 5/5 he put my plates on in the rain no joke!! I didn’t feel pressured at all, he and the team answered all my questions and were transparent to the point of saying “I’m not sure, but I know we can figure out why, let’s look at it together…” My one negative observation…The internal team communication was lacking. I had to repeat myself so much and this wasted time and I was there for hours both days, for test drive and purchase. The team was friendly and worked with me once they knew what payment I was looking for they made sure my budget was adhered. I just wish the process was less tedious and I think if the details were recorded and read by the sales manager and finance team prior to their step in the process. It was mostly a positive experience which I’m grateful for.
