Purchasing a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you're making the decision to trade in a vehicle you've had and step into something you've dreamed about -- but this team made the entire experience feel effortless. A huge thank you to Neil, the General Manager, for creating an environment where you truly feel valued as a customer. His leadership is clearly reflected throughout his entire team. Ricky, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything came together smoothly and that I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. Sonja, my Sales Associate, was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and made the experience exciting rather than stressful. She truly took the time to make sure I was happy with every detail. Can not forget to thank Kyle as well, he made this process of setting my car up and was extremely sweet and patient, when I had no idea how to enter and or fix an issue the next day.. Called Kyle and he was just sweet as can be and very knowledgeable, helped me thru the process step by step. And Michael, the Finance Manager, made what can often be the most intimidating part of purchasing a vehicle incredibly smooth and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the final steps of the process easy and enjoyable. I came in with a Q5 Premium Plus S line that I loved, and I left Audi Plano with my dream car -- an Audi Q8 Premium Plus S line. This wasn't just another vehicle purchase for me. This was a huge personal milestone and something I have worked incredibly hard for, which made the way I was treated throughout this experience mean even more.
