  • My salesperson Carlton was awesome 5/5 he put my plates on in the rain no joke!! I didn’t feel pressured at all, he and the team answered all my questions and were transparent to the point of saying “I’m not sure, but I know we can figure out why, let’s look at it together…” My one negative observation…The internal team communication was lacking. I had to repeat myself so much and this wasted time and I was there for hours both days, for test drive and purchase. The team was friendly and worked with me once they knew what payment I was looking for they made sure my budget was adhered. I just wish the process was less tedious and I think if the details were recorded and read by the sales manager and finance team prior to their step in the process. It was mostly a positive experience which I’m grateful for.
