  • Went to dealership to trade in my Acura mdx. Was greeted by Amin, he was knowledgeable about the cares and quickly helped me match my needs. The price was fair with my trade in. Got through the paperwork at a good pace. They were great, I chose a car that had just come in and they processed it while I was there. Overall I am happy with my experience at BMW of Las Vegas. I highly recommend them.

  • UPDATE: I officially purchased my BMW through Chris and somehow he made the actual buying experience even better. His patience and attentiveness never changed from the first day I came in all the way through getting my keys. I had a million questions and probably made things more complicated than they needed to be, but he never once made me feel annoying, rushed, pressured, or judged. He genuinely went above and beyond for me. Most importantly, I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new car. Chris made sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted and made the entire experience exciting instead of stressful. I meant it when I said I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else at BMW, and after actually purchasing from him, I stand by that even more. Chris is the shit!! 100/10. Give this man a raise. Even when I felt like I was being complicated explaining exactly what I wanted, he made it seem like no problem at all. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and I never felt judged or uncomfortable. He also made sure I was comfortable and hydrated while I was there, which I really appreciated. He respected my boundaries the entire time and just made the whole process so easy. I honestly wouldn’t want to work with anyone else at BMW. When I purchase my car, I’ll definitely be going through Chris. 20/10 experience and I highly recommend asking for him!
