  • I am deeply disappointed to say that the customer service at BMW of Las Vegas has completely deteriorated. They have reached a point where they completely ignore their customers' existence. When you walk in, the reception staff look right through you, too busy chatting among themselves to even notice a guest. Once you get to the service department, it’s the exact same story—you become invisible. No one bothers to greet you or say a simple "hello." The cashier's desk is even worse; they couldn't even be bothered to say "thank you" after taking my money. To make matters worse, they have now started charging an outrageously high credit card processing fee. It is pathetic that a premium dealership cannot even cover their own credit card fees. This speaks volumes about how poorly managed this place is. You are fast-tracking your way to going out of business. As a loyal BMW customer, this entire experience makes me sick. Please stay far away from them.

  • D’Andre Smith has been my service advisor over the past 4 years. His professionalism, care, attention to detail, and knowledge is second to none! The service and sales teams are empathetic and caring about every customer on site. I have had nothing but excellent service and customer care from D’andre and BMW of Las Vegas Auto Nation.

  • This was the first time bringing my newly purchased BMW 740i into the service department for it's annual service check and additional items that required attention. My BMW service representative Caleb was incredible. I gave Caleb a list of items that required attention and all of my items were addressed in a timely manner. I was given updates on the progress of my car regularly which Caleb provided. Caleb also provided me with a courtesy car until my vehicle was completed. I was very impressed with the daily communication that Caleb provided me on the progress of my car as well as what was found during the maintenance visit that fixed each of the items on my list of things to be worked. I look forward to working with Caleb again on future visits to the service department due to his professionalism and knowledge about my BMW 740i. BMW should be happy that they have people like Caleb working for them.
