  • Wonderful experience from the AutoNation Subaru at Arapahoe location. After during thorough research for a new car, and having already test driven a Crosstrek, I decided I wanted to do one last test drive to determine if that was the car I wanted to proceed with. Amire Katriel assisted when I went in for this test drive and was super helpful and fun to talk to. Amire and Daniel Ballez as well as the the finance team did a wonderful job of answering all questions thrown at them and made me feel good about my choice to move forward with my first Subaru. Thank you to the wonderful team at this location for making the car buying experience as painless as stress free as possible.

  • My experience at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe was terrifying, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. I came in genuinely excited to purchase a car that day. My salesperson, Matthew, was professional, polite, and did his job well. The problem was everything that happened after. While getting into the Subaru WRX (manual) for a test drive, someone walking by pointed out that the back right tire looked very low. We were told it could be checked out later if I decided to buy. I trusted that — but that trust nearly got me hurt. After signing for the car and driving off the lot, we didn’t even make it to LaSalle before that exact tire exploded on the highway. It completely blew apart, causing me to lose control, fishtail near a semi-truck, and pull into the median just to avoid a collision. It was terrifying. The tire was shredded, and the rim was bent from getting off the road safely. I immediately called the dealership. Matthew sent a tow truck, and my boyfriend and I returned shaken and upset, expecting some compassion or accountability. Instead, we were met by the manager, “Q”, who was defensive, dismissive, and condescending from the moment he sat down. He questioned what happened, implied it was somehow my fault, and even asked, “Can you even drive manual?” — an incredibly sexist and demeaning question. I’ve been driving manual cars since I was sixteen. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and when I stood my ground, I was laughed at as I left. Because their mechanics had gone home, I was told to return Monday to finish the unwind process. I specifically asked to deal with someone other than Q, and the next manager, Jose, was at least respectful. However, even then, they tried to make me pay for the tire and rim damage caused by their vehicle’s faulty tire. It took hours of back-and-forth before they finally released me from the deal without charging me. The entire experience was disrespectful, misogynistic, and dangerous. I was spoken over, dismissed, and treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about — even though I was the buyer, not my boyfriend. The fact that I nearly got into a serious accident due to a tire issue they ignored, and then was met with laughter and blame, is beyond unacceptable. AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe needs serious accountability and training — not just in vehicle safety, but in how to treat customers, especially women, with respect. Buyers beware. This experience could have ended in tragedy, and the way it was handled afterward was even worse.

  • I can’t say enough great things about Jessica and the entire experience she provided. From the moment I walked in, she was genuine, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit — a 2025 Subaru Legacy Premium. Jessica made the whole process feel effortless. No pressure, no gimmicks — just honest guidance and top-tier customer service. She walked me through every feature, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I left completely confident in my purchase. If you’re in the market for a Subaru, ask for Jessica. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and truly happy with your car. I’ve bought vehicles before, but this was by far the smoothest, most enjoyable buying experience I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Jessica and the AutoNation Subaru of Arapahoe team — you’ve earned a lifelong customer! 🚗💙
