  • I live in Montana and purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Touring XT sight unseen. Cesar Gutierrez Gonzalez did an excellent job! He was very professional, patient, courteous, and prompt. We exchanged multiple text messages and his response was almost immediately. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. The financing experience is a complete opposite review. The finance manager did not like my refusal of the "high profit add-on warranties/insurance." Upon raising my voice on the third "NO" he finally gave up. Although, he did reduce the price of the vehicle by $1000.00 and included a insurance policy in that amount. We did not ask for that. He just notified us of him including it for "free," I guess he finally got the commission he was seeking. Pre-qualify is nothing close to being what it sounds. I have a 850 fico score, my wife has 767. I started the process in my name and was told I pre-qualified. We decided to put it in my wife's name to build her fico score, she was told she pre-qualified for the 36 month 0%. NOT TRUE!!! I knew that seemed too easy. They still run a debt to income ratio. She has a student loan for less than what she makes in a year, $0 balance on credit cards. All other debt is in my name. She was approved for 60 month 0.9%. I think somehow this included a commission for the finance person as well. Lastly, we were told the process would be 1-1/2 hours, we were there for 3+ hours. Sales person - 10 Finance person - 0

  • Wonderful experience from the AutoNation Subaru at Arapahoe location. After during thorough research for a new car, and having already test driven a Crosstrek, I decided I wanted to do one last test drive to determine if that was the car I wanted to proceed with. Amire Katriel assisted when I went in for this test drive and was super helpful and fun to talk to. Amire and Daniel Ballez as well as the the finance team did a wonderful job of answering all questions thrown at them and made me feel good about my choice to move forward with my first Subaru. Thank you to the wonderful team at this location for making the car buying experience as painless as stress free as possible.

  • I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Subaru AutoNation. This was my very first service after buying my car from you, and unfortunately, it turned into a scary and dangerous experience. I was charged $190 for an oil change and tire service, yet the oil plug was not properly tightened. Because of this, all the oil leaked out while I was driving at 4 in the morning to work, and oil splashed all over the engine. This was not just an inconvenience. it put my safety and my life at risk. Driving a car with a major oil leak is extremely dangerous and could have caused engine failure or even a fire. My time, work, and personal plans were completely affected because of this mistake. When someone trusts a dealership for a basic service like an oil change, the bare minimum expectation is that it’s done correctly and safely. When I brought this up, I was told that a new trainee worked on my car. That is not an acceptable excuse. If you are training new employees, their work should be properly checked and inspected by a senior technician before the car is returned to the customer. Basic quality control was clearly missing here. After this experience, I have lost trust in your service department. I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. This situation was completely unacceptable, and I expected much better from an authorized Subaru service center.
