  I had a wonderful experience working with Ian at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. From my first inquiry about the Subaru TrailSeeker, Ian was responsive, professional, and great about communicating. Although I wasn't able to test drive a TrailSeeker before they sold out, Ian kept me updated on availability and followed through on his promise to let me know when another one arrived. Thanks to his communication and follow-through, I was able to schedule a test drive and ended up with the TrailSeeker in the exterior color and interior I was hoping for. Throughout the entire process, Ian was patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He answered all of my questions, helped me work through the pricing, financing, and trade-in process, and never made me feel pressured.   Ian was genuinely great to work with!! He was attentive without being pushy, very easygoing, and made our first time car buying process as low stress as it can possibly be. We felt like we got fair numbers and were not pressured into adding things we didn’t want. Ian was straightforward, patient, and just really easy to work with. My husband and I both really liked him and appreciated how comfortable he made the entire experience, especially as first-time car buyers. We love our new Crosstrek and would ABSOLUTELY work with Ian again!!!
