  • I started the special-order process for my 2026 Transit 150 back in August 2025 with a long list of tech and safety features we needed for my wife’s art business. My sales associate, AJ Hartzog, guided the entire process and was patient, responsive, and professional—especially as I double-checked every detail on the build sheet. The van came off the assembly line at the end of October and arrived at the dealership the week of Thanksgiving. AJ called right away, and we met the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to see it and finalize everything. The experience was smooth from start to finish. The van is exactly what we wanted—fully loaded and a true game changer for transporting my wife’s artwork. Even after the sale, the AutoNation Ford Panama City team kept delivering. Someone called the next day to let me know I qualified for an additional rebate, and AJ followed up again to make sure everything was going well. AJ and the rest of the AutoNation Ford Panama City team were outstanding, and because of this experience, I’ll continue to rely on them to service both my F-150 XLT and our new 2026 Transit 150.
