  • My 2004 MB CLK320 has been quite the experience. I came to the Stevens Creek Dealership looking for help with my key that was damaged. It is working now and I couldn't be happier. First off the store is extremely clean, neat, and breathtaking. Very comfortable seating area as well as a very welcoming staff. The have AMG's a Maybach as well as some very beautiful examples of the full Mercedes line. My view of the shop floor was extremely clean, sparkling even. The waiting area had a premium coffee blend. Plush. The showroom was open and spacious with many different models on the floor. Adequate handicap parking and fully accessible bathrooms. My personal experience was amazing. Loren T. personally helped me and what a great parts manager he is. I was treated with respect. It didn't matter that my car was 20 years old, he listened intently, gave me options, and left me with a great feeling. I will make this my dealership. If you own one and /or looking to buy this is the place.

  • I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 C300, thanks to my sales consultant, Kurt P. He was transparent, patient, and truly respectful of my budget from start to finish, no pressure, no upselling, and no games. Kurt clearly communicated my needs, worked with his manager to make the numbers work, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I genuinely felt like he was advocating for me, not just trying to close a sale. Highly recommend Kurt P. if you’re looking for a professional, honest, and customer-focused experience.

  • Update: After posting this review, I received the standard corporate response directing me to contact the General Manager. The reality is that the General Manager (Toby Huey), Finance Director (Dominick D’Aurizio), and AutoNation Corporate were all directly involved throughout the process, yet no corrective action was taken. AutoNation’s advertised “hassle-free” experience was, in my case, anything but. This review remains an accurate and truthful account of my experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Because most Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the San Jose area are owned by AutoNation, I couldn’t get an independent inspection nearby. I had to negotiate an extension of their normal 5-day / 250-mile guarantee to 5-days / 650-miles, and they agreed to seriously consider any issues found by a professional inspection after delivery. 🔧 I paid $515 for a professional PPI, which revealed multiple issues — suspension misalignment, worn rear shocks, overdue spark plugs, weak hood struts, and a transmission service that was due. Despite this, the dealership refused to fix or discount anything. My intent was to keep the car, but their refusal to resolve these findings forced me to return it. The process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. The original salesperson used high-pressure tactics, and management’s reassignment of the deal caused further confusion and delays. 💸 When I returned the vehicle, AutoNation required me to wait days for a refund — even though I had paid with guaranteed funds — leaving me without both the car and my money. They even asked me to confirm in writing that I wouldn’t dispute my own cashier’s check. After 12 hours of driving, rental expenses, and endless back-and-forth communication, this was the opposite of AutoNation’s “hassle-free” promise. I would not buy from this dealership — or AutoNation — again.
