  My 2004 MB CLK320 has been quite the experience. I came to the Stevens Creek Dealership looking for help with my key that was damaged. It is working now and I couldn't be happier. First off the store is extremely clean, neat, and breathtaking. Very comfortable seating area as well as a very welcoming staff. The have AMG's a Maybach as well as some very beautiful examples of the full Mercedes line. My view of the shop floor was extremely clean, sparkling even. The waiting area had a premium coffee blend. Plush. The showroom was open and spacious with many different models on the floor. Adequate handicap parking and fully accessible bathrooms. My personal experience was amazing. Loren T. personally helped me and what a great parts manager he is. I was treated with respect. It didn't matter that my car was 20 years old, he listened intently, gave me options, and left me with a great feeling. I will make this my dealership. If you own one and /or looking to buy this is the place.

  Really appreciate my salesman Marvin S. Awesome person! Super professional, efficient, and always quick to respond. He answered all my questions and worked around my schedule. I also appreciated the follow-ups. Felt no pressure. Overall, the whole team made buying a car a great experience 👍 I bought a Pre-Owned 2022 E450. The back left side of the car originally had a rough paint job from the previous owner so Marvin told me they’d fix it and make it look like new at no extra cost. They honored their words and I was very satisfied with the results. Only downside is that not everything was repaired when I picked it up. The rim repair we agreed on wasn’t finished, so I’ll have to make another trip back. I also noticed a couple of spots that weren’t cleaned well. But Marvin and his manager Amine K, said they’ll take care of it. Highly recommend!

  If I could leave two separate reviews, I would. 1-STAR for Sultan, he was extremely rude and had such a poor demeanor. He was very unprofessional from start to finish. I came in with my girlfriend, and she was extremely unhappy with the way he was treating us. He was on his computer and phone, not making eye contact at all with us while he was talking to us about our deal. He continued to dismiss what we were trying to come to an agreement on because my girlfriend is a teacher, and he kept disregarding the fact that she needed a payment at a certain number and he continued to make careless/dirty looking faces. The reason why I’m giving FIVE stars is due to the fact that Mundo, Di, and MAINLY HANY! When I first called in, Mundo provided the most exceptional service I’ve ever had at the dealership. He made me feel comfortable and confident that he was willing to help me and win back my business since we previously shopped here before. Di the GSM ended up working with my girlfriend and I helping her close the deal at a price that she could afford! Now Hany, he made us feel like family and like we’ve known him for many years! He treated us amazing from the start and built a relationship with him throughout the night with his extremely exceptional service! He went above and beyond with his service and I could’ve not had anybody better to help me! I’m truly grateful that I have met Hany! Mundo and Hany definitely deserve bonuses for their outstanding service and efforts!
