  My 2004 MB CLK320 has been quite the experience. I came to the Stevens Creek Dealership looking for help with my key that was damaged. It is working now and I couldn't be happier. First off the store is extremely clean, neat, and breathtaking. Very comfortable seating area as well as a very welcoming staff. The have AMG's a Maybach as well as some very beautiful examples of the full Mercedes line. My view of the shop floor was extremely clean, sparkling even. The waiting area had a premium coffee blend. Plush. The showroom was open and spacious with many different models on the floor. Adequate handicap parking and fully accessible bathrooms. My personal experience was amazing. Loren T. personally helped me and what a great parts manager he is. I was treated with respect. It didn't matter that my car was 20 years old, he listened intently, gave me options, and left me with a great feeling. I will make this my dealership. If you own one and /or looking to buy this is the place.

  There's always a risk when buying used cars. I personally prefer buying from major dealerships because some risks are reduced. As always, buyers have to do their homework by reviewing available Carfax information about ownership, maintenance frequency and type of work done. Ultimately, the decision of vehicle acquisition solely belongs with the buyer and the seller is there to facilitate good transition. Our overall experience was excellent. Starting with initial inquiry follow-up, appointment scheduling, test drive, price negotiation (none due to no haggling pricing on used cars), financing and delivery. We came, we saw, we test drove, we signed, they final detailed and we took the car home. All was done in the span of 6 hrs. Is that typical of most transactions? I'm not sure. Stevens Creek Mercedes has room for improvement on overall coordination especially when a customer says, "I need to be out of here by a certain time to make my next appointment.". The experience wasn't perfect but certainly was pleasant enough to return again in the near future. Our new "used" car is an investment for us so we sure hope we bought well.   Really appreciate my salesman Marvin S. Awesome person! Super professional, efficient, and always quick to respond. He answered all my questions and worked around my schedule. I also appreciated the follow-ups. Felt no pressure. Overall, the whole team made buying a car a great experience 👍 I bought a Pre-Owned 2022 E450. The back left side of the car originally had a rough paint job from the previous owner so Marvin told me they’d fix it and make it look like new at no extra cost. They honored their words and I was very satisfied with the results. Only downside is that not everything was repaired when I picked it up. The rim repair we agreed on wasn’t finished, so I’ll have to make another trip back. I also noticed a couple of spots that weren’t cleaned well. But Marvin and his manager Amine K, said they’ll take care of it. Highly recommend!
