  • Reshail and Frank were the best! Hassle free car buying/leasing experience. Good deal/ and fair pricing.. we know so as we did tremendous research before coming to this dealership. Reshail is excellent at his job, he was well attuned to the car and its hi technology features, did very well and took time in giving us a thorough demonstration. He was also very nice and respectful… gave us a follow up phone call the following day just to check if there are any questions that we may have as we are still learning things about the new vehicle. Overall, an excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.

  • We are completely satisfied with BMW Woodlands. Vern and Damien make a good team. Vern selected several autos for us to test drive. We made a decision and then on to financing. Smooth transaction, no long waits or that nerve wracking back & forth between managers/sales personnel like most dealerships. We were in by 4p, out by 7p. Delivery was VERY impressive! Highly recommend!!
