  • 3 stars max for my service experience. BMW of the Woodlands had my car to diagnose a rear rattle, which they did. It was brake related. I appreciate their efforts with the car to diagnose and confirm the diagnosis. When I got the car back there were black smudges all over the white leather interior seats and doors from test-drives. That is simply unacceptable: our cars need to be taken care of better by a premium brand service center. Next, the brake rotors were installed backwards. I admit that they are after-market and not drilled like OEM but slotted, but any half decent mechanic can take a look at the front rotors and match the pattern found there and install the rears the same rotating direction. Not rocket science, just simply a bit of caring and not just wrenching. Lastly, my cooling scoops which were zip-tied to the lower wishbones had been removed and re-installed - carelessly tied wherever, instead of locking them where they belonged since they're made for this exact car they fit and lock into place. I would have accepted them in the trunk, since they're aftermarket but if you spend the time to put them back, please do it right! None of this takes longer than a few seconds to investigate and then wrench properly!

Staff was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth since I had called to set up an appointment. Colte D. in the finance department was also fantastic and helped me get a lower monthly payment than expected. Overall, the entire team was very welcoming and made my car shopping experience hassle free. Recommend doing business with this dealership.
