  I had a good, honest experience buying a used car from here. The car was a Mercedes but not a CPO. Even though the car was a much lower value than what's in the showroom, I didn't feel de-prioritized. I found the sales people very responsive, especially Ekam. He got a defect we found on the test drive fixed the next day. The detailers did a great job on the car when I picked up. The sales process took longer than I expected.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose! I brought in my GLE 350 for service and was lucky enough to work with Josh Delgado as my Service Advisor. From the moment I walked in, Josh was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of perfectly. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and straightforward way (no upselling or unnecessary work), and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was quick, the waiting area was spotless and comfortable, and when I got my GLE back it drove even better than when I dropped it off. Josh truly went above and beyond—he even took the time to walk me through the service summary and answer a few extra questions I had. This is what outstanding customer service looks like. Josh Delgado is a huge asset to the team at Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, and I’ll absolutely be requesting him every time I come back.   I sold my car to them in October 2025 before departing for military duty. They knew I had to leave, they lowered my 2017 Honda Accord value. A while later, they used the car under the same license plate 7YQJ563 going through the bridge poll. I got a delinquent notice for non-payment FasTrak. I called in to ask them to contact FasTrak to make the payment. The sales person said it's not their responsibility to do it because the FasTrak account is under my name. I asked them to provide FasTrak the ownership information to proof that the ownership was transferred to them. I told them again that I am still away for military duty. The person still insisted that it's not their responsibility to do so. Be careful when dealing with this dealer! They are very irresponsible. I won't come back here to buy a new car.
