  • Do not go there! This is a great example of why people hate dealerships. Visited to repair a stuck wheel lug nut. Made an appointment and was quoted $1k for the job. Brought in the car at time of appointment and was told car would be ready the same evening. It wasn't. The date was pushed out multiple times in 1-2 day increments by service advisor Richard, resulting in me not having the car for one full week. Before picking up the car, I asked if there was any damage, which was denied. When I picked up the car, I saw deep drill marks on the wheel and dealership refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused. When I got home, I opened the trunk which was absolutely filthy (dust/dirt), and the remaining key wheel lug nuts were missing. When I called, the service manager (Giselle Miranda) took zero responsibility, was of the opinion that they provided a perfect service, and failed to find the missing parts. They eventually recovered some parts, but not all of them, leaving me with a $1K bill, a trashed wheel, and missing lug nuts.

  • *One star. Came ready to buy — they tried to cheat us on the lease math, then went silent when caught. I came to Mercedes-Benz of San Jose ready to sign, not shopping around. I knew the exact car and the deal I wanted. What I got was a masterclass in the kind of dealership games that fall apart the moment you run the numbers yourself. The lease didn't survive a calculator. They advertised a $16,225 discount on the vehicle, then never applied it to the lease — they built the monthly payment on the full $191,225 MSRP and simply kept the discount, betting I wouldn't catch it. That's about $550 a month, roughly $20,000 over the term. When I asked about the interest rate, they quoted me one money factor and quietly charged a higher one. When I pointed it out, they admitted the markup outright — "we want to make money." Then came the runaround: five different people in 24 hours, each one saying "that's not my department, talk to the other person." The classic shuffle designed to wear a buyer down. When I laid out exactly where the numbers didn't add up and asked them to simply show me the math, the conversation stopped cold. No reply. No callback. Caught with their hand in the cookie jar and not even the integrity to respond. Here is the lesson for every buyer reading this: information is now on your side. You can verify a money factor, a residual value, and a capitalized cost in seconds. Walk in with your eyes open, run every number yourself, and never accept "trust me" from anyone who won't show their work. These tactics only survive on customers who don't check. We checked — the deal fell apart, and we happily leased the exact same car from another dealer. Their loss.

  • Thanks to the manager of the dealership, as well as Ashley, Ryan, and Kyle, we were able to buy the car we have been looking for a long time. They were so kind enough to buy our trade in at more than retail value and also helped us to get our payments even lower than ever! We went from expecting $800+ payments to walking out with $550 a month payment! Ashley started off by parking the car upfront so we didn’t have to go far, and he went out of his way to talk to his supervisor and find out a way to make everything work out for us and our finances. After talking to Ashley and his supervisor, they gave us more than we’d expect for my trade in. I am forever grateful. Ryan helped us learn about what warranties are best for our budget and was working on getting it lower for us. He was very informative on what’s most important. He asked for help from the director Kyle, who really blessed us that day. Not only did he apologize multiple times for my husband and I being there for 5+ hours, but he gave us a discount which saved our finances completely. I almost cried. My husband and I didn’t know how we were going to do it, but without Kyle, we wouldn’t have had the car we wanted. He is their director for a reason. He’s the guy! They are so courteous and mindful of your budget. My husband and I didn’t have a lot to work with, but they made sure to work with us so we could afford our family car comfortably without breaking the bank. You will be taken cared of here without any judgement. Thank you to everyone who helped! You made my husband and I feel like family. You guys are awesome and we are forever thankful!
