From the moment I walked in, Josh was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of perfectly. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and straightforward way (no upselling or unnecessary work), and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was quick, the waiting area was spotless and comfortable, and when I got my GLE back it drove even better than when I dropped it off. Josh truly went above and beyond—he even took the time to walk me through the service summary and answer a few extra questions I had. This is what outstanding customer service looks like.
