From the moment I walked in, Josh was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of perfectly. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and straightforward way (no upselling or unnecessary work), and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was quick, the waiting area was spotless and comfortable, and when I got my GLE back it drove even better than when I dropped it off.   • I had a good, honest experience buying a used car from here. The car was a Mercedes but not a CPO. Even though the car was a much lower value than what's in the showroom, I didn't feel de-prioritized. I found the sales people very responsive, especially Ekam. He got a defect we found on the test drive fixed the next day. The detailers did a great job on the car when I picked up. The sales process took longer than I expected.
