  • With my Credit the wat it is. Autonation Ford Sandford gave me the opportunity to get back into a vehicle that I want and with pretty fair finance options. I Really enjoyed the experience the way Joe , Juan and the other staff treated me. This whats the best Car buying experience Ive had in a very long time. I hope that I can becomes that loyal Customer who purchase all their vehicles from Autonation ford Sanford. Today's date 3/04/2026 I was in a good space when I did my review until , I finally drove the vehicle I purchased and had to put in in the shop here where I stay and $2600 dollars later out of pocket, the warrant that I purchased only covered 320 dollars on the vehicle. I still haven't heard from the rental reimbursement people. The Sales Manager and the Financial managers gave me the run around. It was out of sight out of mind type of thing. I finally picked up my vehicle Monday and I realized my tag expired the Finance manager said call me and I'll get a tag to you ASAP. I can't even get a confirmation from anyone. This is by far the best worst experience ever....

  • Vehicle: 2025 F-150 Lariat Sean Wilkinson did an incredible job working with us to get us into the proper vehicle for our lifestyle. He was very patient and understanding in all of our questions and we had a lot. Sean was able to work with our busy schedules and made us feel seen, not like past experiences looking for vehicles. This was our first car purchase in 15 years but Sean and Charlie made the experience smooth and clear. Beyond just the car buying process, the service department was also a weighing factor on our buying choice. Ryan Bensfield and his team are incredibly capable and passionate about their role in what is hopefully a very long future with our new F-150.

  • My experience with the salesperson and the finance manager at the dealership was excellent. They walked me through the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was that they delivered the vehicle to me, which meant a lot as a disabled veteran. I really appreciate their professionalism and outstanding service.
