  Everyone behind the service desk was so helpful, Caden and Christian. This is the second time I've had my car in there and each time was a positive experience. You have gained a longtime customer and when the time comes for a new vehicle you guys are first in line!! Very positive experience and being a female,I'm always leary of being taken advantage of but not with you guys. I felt I got a honest, straight deal with getting my car fixed. Thank you!!!!!

  I had an excellent experience working with Yamile. Several months ago, I stopped by to test drive a vehicle while I was still in the early stages of deciding what I wanted. She spent plenty of time answering my questions, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out was that she was never pushy. Even though I made it clear that I wasn't ready to buy at the time—and might not purchase at all—she still treated me with the same level of attention and professionalism. After our visit, she didn't bombard me with calls or pressure me to make a decision. I appreciated her personable approach so much that I saved her business card. When I was finally ready to purchase months later, she was the first person I called. The buying process was just as pleasant as the initial test drive experience.   I had an excellent experience with AutoNation Buick GMC West. I was visiting Colorado from out of state when my check engine light came on, and Ryan and the service team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the issue with my turbo, discovered that the replacement qualified for special warranty coverage, located the parts quickly, and had my car back to me by Thursday. Ryan kept me updated and worked with my timeline since I needed the car back before heading home. What could have been a very stressful and expensive situation ended up being incredibly easy. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you Ryan and the entire service team!
