You have gained a longtime customer and when the time comes for a new vehicle you guys are first in line!!   I purchased a used 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 from AutoNation Buick GMC West in Golden, Colorado in December 2025 and it has been nothing but problems ever since. Albert Rico personally assured me the truck had been “thoroughly inspected” and was safe and reliable, even after I explained that I have kids and needed something I could depend on. Instead, within weeks I was dealing with a dead battery, a bad thermostat, leaking engine oil cooler lines, and an exhaust system that is so rusted and rotted it would not pass Colorado emissions, requiring major repair before the truck is even truly roadworthy and countless more maintenance issues that I should have been made aware of prior to purchasing. On top of the safety concerns like carbon monoxide poisoning due to a jerry rigged exhaust system, these issues have created a financial burden I specifically said I could not afford so soon after purchase, and now I’m stuck with no reliable vehicle for my family while still making monthly payments on a truck I may not be able to afford to fix anytime in the near future if ever. I feel completely misled by the promises made during the sale, and I would strongly warn other families to think twice before trusting this dealership’s “inspections” or verbal assurances.
