  Both Xu in sales and Chris at service were amazing. This is the second AMG i purchased from Xu in a year, and he services were personal. He listens to what i wanted, what color, what features and he delivers. No games, no all day haggle. I literally walked in, picked the car and got out. Chris at service was also amazing. He understands customers time is value. He set up the appointment, i drop the car off and they completed the service ahead or on promised time. He carefully listens to what the issues were and found a quick resolution.

  My wife and I recently bought two vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway, Houston, a GLC 300 Coupe and a GLS450. We had a great experience there with their team. Our Sales Agent, Ally Mirzali Abasov, was awesome. In fact, my intention was to buy my wife a GLC 300 and I was going to buy another Escalde for myself. I was so pleased with the experience there, I decided to buy myself the GLS 450 on the same day. We love our new MB vehicles. Management and Finance were very helpful as well and we had a pleasant purchase experience, totally unexpected from our last vehicle purchases at another dealership brand 10 years before.   After spending the better part of a year searching for the perfect vehicle, my husband and I had almost given up.
