  • The customer service here exceeds the “Call of duty!” The patients that my sales representative Jermey had is to be compared to a saint. When it seemed extremely unlikely that I would be able to get a feasible finance quote due to high lender suggestions and strange credit inquiry results. In the midst of me throwing in towel my sales representative reassured me that he would not give up on me. He told that he would collaborate with management and the finance person to get me the car. They somehow reduced my down payment six thousand dollars by the next day, and gave me a warranty that covers almost anything. They even went as far as reserving the vehicle for when others came in to buy it. The unfortunately had an unforeseen issue that was not covered by the warranty. I sent a text to Jermey, my sales representative and the manager paid for the repair out of pocket. A lot of people are afraid to buy vehicles from car lots because of shady customer service, and they hate payments. But there is a lot of security at this store. I went to three dealers before this one and one sold the car I wanted while I was actively buying it, and the other two, I wasn’t happy with the car! “This is where we need to be at!”

  • 10/10! Didn’t have to negotiate, got a great deal on pretty much the exact vehicle I wanted! I’m not the easiest customer when purchasing a car, but they didn’t mess around! Aydin was my sales associate and he’s awesome, such a cool hard working dude! I’ve already send a new customer his way, he’s the best! Also props to the used car manager, he worked my deal why the other guy was on vacation, he’s a super cool hard working guy as well!

  • My experience with Roberto Aguilar was absolutely wonderful. He is very genuine, lets you know up front what things can be or won’t be! He gets down to business. He has very good sales costumer service skills! We were able to get my dream car with his help and hard work! I looked at this car for 4 weeks straight I knew it had to mines when I seen it!
