  • Let me start by saying this. I came into this dealership with let's call it "credit challenges." Truthfully I came in with horrible credit. We can all judge my financial decisions later. Unfortunately, having bad credit doesn't exclude me from needing a vehicle. However, I did not want to put myself in a place to wreck my credit even more by getting into a vehicle I couldn't afford, so I went in with a payment I knew I could afford and a down payment of just $1,000.00. Now here is one piece of advice that I will give anyone in my situation. I needed transportation. Luxury is for people who made better choices earlier in life and hopefully eventually for people like me who are trying to make better choices now. But in the moment, a reliable vehicle within my budget was the priority......not the panoramic sunroof and platinum members only special edition one of one package. With that in mind, my salesman James brought me a couple of options. I settled on a 2019 Cherokee with 60k miles. It fits everyone, gets decent gas mileage, and honestly is pretty nice all around. Now I am not a negotiator. When I walk in and tell you I have a thousand bucks down and want to be at a certain number payment wise, I am not looking to haggle. I literally just gave you my best offer. James and his team respected that and didn't even try to haggle. I gave them my best and they came back with their best. The payment came in a little higher than I hoped, but honestly was exactly what I was expecting given my current status. After we were able to get the approval it was minutes and I was out the door and on my way to some street tacos. James Hooker you are the best! Hopefully this car lasts me 50 years. So if you're around in 2076 you have a customer for life!

  • EDITED: In response to your reply. Only way to turn this experience around and have my 1 star be a 5 star review is you guys doing the right thing and replacing the damaged mirror I was not informed about at signing. If you would like to make this right, give me a call. I purchased a Chevrolet silverado 09/30/25. My experience with the sales people was horrible. They were super pushy and insisted in selling me add ons in the financing until I put my foot down and made it clear I only want the vehicle and nothing else. I ended up purchasing the vehicle because I needed a new work truck and they already ran my credit. When I purchased the truck I took a picture of it. I did not notice there was damage on the mirror of the truck until I got home. I reached out to my sales person Christin Collins about the situation and they made it very clear they will not be helpful in repairing the mirror cap. It is sketchy that you wouldn’t inform me about this damage. I should have done better at looking over the vehicle but I wouldn’t have expected not to be told about damage on the truck. I have purchased cars in the past from various dealers and they were always communicative about damage on the vehicle because they aren’t “sketchy”. I chose dealer over private sale because I would expect more honesty. Horrible experience and they don’t have integrity here at this dealership. SEE PICTURES FOR DAMAGE (you can see it there while on the lot photo) smh

  • I had a fantastic experience working with the service department for a warranty claim. Danielle, Matt, and Opie were awesome to work with, they took the time to thoroughly investigate and diagnose my issue. They were transparent and communicated well throughout the process. As a new service customer, I was impressed and will return for purchases and services from Auto Nation Jeep moving forward. Thanks!
