  • I recommend going to see Steve, he is going to be honest straight up and get you the best deal possible. Finance was made simple. The average wait time expected at any dealer, but the professionalism is on point. Great sense of humor, and I love the warm welcome from the management team at the booth. I was looking for a vehicle for my son after I bought a vehicle for myself. So my 2026 Dodge Ram Pickup truck is amazing and my son's selection of his used vehicle we will pick up on Wednesday. So I'm leaving this review because I went back to this place within 24hr. I went to buy another vehicle just because of the warm welcome, and they treat you like family. No pressure they know what it's like to be a Autonation Dealer. I bought my 2017 Dodge Durango from this place. Although I no longer have that vehicle. I don't think that there's another place as warm welcoming as this Autonation, in the places I have been across the country. There are like 4 on this street alone, and this one has made me feel the most comfortable when it comes to purchasing a vehicle from Autonation. Steve, thank you for your patience and 1 on 1 attention. It truly paid off. I have bought from auto nation Jeep, Autonation Ford, Autonation Dodge, and also have bought a used vehicle from the Subaru Autonation. I also have had my vehicle service there. Best service goes to the Dodge dealership, that's for all vehicles, second, goes to Jeep, then Subaru, with Ford service unfortunately, being last with the quick lane service, not the full service or warranty that I know of. I can only speak for quick lane at Ford, But that's due to the purchase and transition from Groove to Autonation. I have purchased two Fords 🤗 I hope that this review blesses you if you decide to buy form Autonation you will have a great experience overall. You can get service if you purchased oil changes or any services from any automation across the country. I know by experience. I hope you enjoyed the review.

  • I'd really like to say the problems with automation were confined to one or even two locations but that's just not the case. Without rehashing the last horror story I had this company I'll get into this recent horror story. I turned my 2021 Dodge Ram 1500. Besides the factory warranty I still have on the truck I paid an exuberant amount of extra money to have even more additional coverages through AutoNation completely assuring me of something went wrong with that truck I would be covered and not left without a car. So I thought. My truck has been in the shop waiting to be fixed at this location for 11 days now. That's 11 days with 0 answers to what's wrong with my truck, 0 information on how long it's gonna be and 11 days I've been left with no vehicle because Steven the service manager either doesn't know how to get in touch with me or flat doesn't care about his job or my urgent needs as a customer who forked out over $52,000 to AutoNation less than 2 yrs ago. I've missed events, work time and not been able to go grocery shopping in over a week.ball because Steven doesn't know how to do his job or just doesn't care about his job. Lastly there's not one department at any of the AutoNation branches I encountered that seem to have a clue about the schedule times they are open or closing or who their most immediate supervisor is. Literally the worst experience of my week and sometimes month Everytime I have an encounter with this company. Ranging from just poor communication and customer service to actually causing damage to my vehicle there's not been many problems in between that I haven't experienced with this company. Worst mistake I ever made was driving on their lot to purchase a vehicle from them. If you're on the fence about rather you should buy a vehicle from them or not and you're in the reviews looking for guidance..... DON'T

  • I have taken my truck here several times for warranty and some scheduled service. Each time I get a bunch of upselling on stuff that doesn’t need to be done. It seems when I say no the service takes all day. I had an engine light come on a month ago and I looked up the code it was an issue with the DPF on my Cummins truck. They did a forced regen and said it was good. Two weeks later the same engine light and code came on. When I dropped it off I explained that the DPF gauge was going haywire bouncing all over from 40 percent to zero and then up to 10 percent. They just did a forced regen again and called it good. When I questioned if anyone researched it further I just kept being told that’s all the technician is allowed to do. Maybe I should have done the brake fluid flush or throttle body service at 44k miles like they said. Maybe they would care. Even though those are bogus service suggestions. Seems the service department only wants to upsell scams and not fix real issues.
