  • Brought my truck in 2 weeks ago for an overheating issue. Took almost a week to get it back, 3k parts and labor for a new water pump. Truck overheated again 2 weeks later, this time couldn’t even get it to the shop and had to sit on the side of the road waiting on tow. Dropped it off at the dealership and was told the only way it would be covered under their warranty was if it was the same part. Apparently misdiagnosing the issue, fixing the wrong issue, and potentially leading to other damages is not their problem. Coolant levels were lower than when I first brought it in. Update: Thank you for the response. I did attempt to call the number provided but it routes to the general automated line and I was unable to reach the General Manager directly. I would genuinely welcome that conversation to try and resolve this. Beyond the mechanical issues, my service experience through these visits has been absent at best. When I picked up my vehicle after the first repair, my air filter and glovebox contents were left on the passenger floor. Upon returning with the same overheating issue, William my service advisor was cold and accusatory. His first question was whether I had driven the truck after it overheated, implying operator error before any diagnostic work had been done. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that this shouldn’t have happened, no offer of a loaner or ride, and no assurance that they would work to make it right. Simply we’ll take a look at it. Upon speaking with service manager Henry about why this issue wasn’t identified in the first repair and why they weren’t taking accountability, he was hostile and defensive, at one point suggesting the fleet rate discount was saving me $700, which doesn’t even cover my tow and rental costs. When I pressed on accountability he asked whether it overheated when I drove it off the lot, as though making it two weeks down the road constitutes a successful repair. He claimed he had never seen a replaced recall EGR cooler fail again, despite this being extensively documented in owner communities and forums for the 3.0L EcoDiesel platform. He dismissed the connection between EGR cooler failure and overheating on this exact engine, which is subject to NHTSA recall 19V757000, and showed no interest in why it wasn’t identified during the original overheating diagnosis. I have been coming to this dealership for 6 years. This is the worst experience I have had here and I cannot recommend this service department. I will not be returning until this is resolved.

  • We have known about this dealership for some time and finally we're able to buy a vehicle from them after finding just the right one. Mark was great as our salesman. His casual, no pressure attitude made the whole experience worth it. Mark and Preston, t'he finance guy',worked their butts off to make sure we left content with our truck. The whole process, buying a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 made the loss of my old Dakota much easier to bear. Great job guys!

  • Gary is a great sales person. Went above and beyond to find me what I wanted and in my price range. He was honest with me and knew a lot about all the cars I test drove (5 cars I test drove) ❤️
