We had some unusual activity from our Dodge hornet when it would not start one day for no reason and it tripped three or four different electrical issues. The dealership was great in diagnosing it and then finding a faulty battery and replacing that battery for us. Excellent work we were out of there and back on the road within a couple of hours.
I recommend going to see Steve, he is going to be honest straight up and get you the best deal possible. Finance was made simple. The average wait time expected at any dealer, but the professionalism is on point. Great sense of humor, and I love the warm welcome from the management team at the booth. I was looking for a vehicle for my son after I bought a vehicle for myself. So my 2026 Dodge Ram Pickup truck is amazing and my son's selection of his used vehicle we will pick up on Wednesday. So I'm leaving this review because I went back to this place within 24hr. I went to buy another vehicle just because of the warm welcome, and they treat you like family. No pressure they know what it's like to be a Autonation Dealer. I bought my 2017 Dodge Durango from this place. Although I no longer have that vehicle. I don't think that there's another place as warm welcoming as this Autonation, in the places I have been across the country. There are like 4 on this street alone, and this one has made me feel the most comfortable when it comes to purchasing a vehicle from Autonation. Steve, thank you for your patience and 1 on 1 attention. It truly paid off. I have bought from auto nation Jeep, Autonation Ford, Autonation Dodge, and also have bought a used vehicle from the Subaru Autonation. I also have had my vehicle service there. Best service goes to the Dodge dealership, that's for all vehicles, second, goes to Jeep, then Subaru, with Ford service unfortunately, being last with the quick lane service, not the full service or warranty that I know of. I can only speak for quick lane at Ford, But that's due to the purchase and transition from Groove to Autonation. I have purchased two Fords 🤗 I hope that this review blesses you if you decide to buy form Autonation you will have a great experience overall. You can get service if you purchased oil changes or any services from any automation across the country. I know by experience. I hope you enjoyed the review.
I saw some good pricing online and went in to look at a new truck. I recently paid off my vehicle and do not have the title yet so before we started I asked Will this be an issue with my trade in and was told no they need registration and could put it in the contact that I would bring in the title later. I thought ok so we can move forward. Test drive, hammer out a deal and now go to financing. Financing is taking a while then finally they come out and say they won't take my trade without the title and I would have to finance the full amount and they would give me a promise to pay amount when I being the title in and I could refi with that as a down payment at that time. I was planning to refinance to Navy federal anyways because they didn't work with them directly so I decide why not let's move forward. Then we go out to look at the cleaned up truck and there's a large deep scuff in the paint on the cab - to deep to buff out. At this point it's late so and I get up for work at midnight- which I informed them of and I left. The next day we agree to another truck over the phone and set an appt to come finalize the deal. I then thought wait does my trade still count as a trade with the tax break because my trade was at 30k so about 2500 in taxes saved. I had to call in yet again and the answer is no. Why did you tell me you would take my trade? Why didn't you inform me the new deal would cost me more in taxes? Now I have multiple credit pulls over a bait and switch deal. I've bought 4 vehicles from autonation dealers in the past but now I question their honesty and communication. Also if you are looking at new vehicles here take into account they do tint/ clear bra, paint/ interior protection spray on coating, and dent protection plan on all their vehicles and put it in the deal without asking at a price of about $2400
