  Porsche Plano has the most professional sales guys and GM is doing fantastic job to keep this dealership running very professionally and nice. The new interior change is very impressive. Also David Loder helped me very much and I’m happily in a brand new Cayenne GTS bc of him!!! Super sweet and everything about this dealership is perfect! Service advisor Robin is super great as well. She always takes care of my service needs very promptly. Definitely recommend !!

  One word for service “Incompetent”. I recently took my newly purchased 2026 911 4s to a weekend car meet where one admirer noticed that the newly placed PPF on my front Fascia, that I had placed during purchase, was peeling. The following day I texted our salesman Mark and informed him of this and sent pictures to demonstrate. He said to bring in the car to have the problem corrected. I took in the car and Patrick the service representative helping me said he will have the problem taken care of and that it might be a couple of days. I received a call 3 days later letting me know the problem had been corrected and the 911 was ready to be picked up. Went in the following day to pick up the car. Did not check the work on the car assuming that when Patrick told me the problem was corrected that it in fact had been performed. When I got home I glanced at the fascia only to see that only portions of the problem were addressed. I took pictures of the fascia again to document. I was passing the dealership on my way home from an errand and went in to discuss the problem with Craig, one of the managers. I showed him the before and after pictures and he said he would contact the vendor himself and get with the salesman so they can have the problem taken care of. It has been a week and I have not heard back from the dealership. When you spend over $220k on a car you expect the dealership to have some form of responsibility to purchaser particularly given the PPF is under warranty. Porsche 911s sell themselves. All the dealership has to do is the service and fulfill the warranty. They obviously cannot even do that right. I would recommend you do not have your service done at Porsche Plano and definitely don't have them place PPF on your vehicle. Randy Niblett, MD

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Porsche Plano in Texas, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Because I was an out of state buyer purchasing a car completely sight unseen, I was initially a bit nervous. However, Bassel in sales made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress free. He is incredibly honest and extremely responsive. He kept me in touch every step of the way and proactively sent pictures and videos of the vehicle, which gave me complete reassurance. When it came time for delivery, Bassel did an excellent job coordinating with the shipper to get my vehicle loaded safely. I also want to give a shoutout to Trang, the CFS Director. She was extremely helpful and made sure I received all my paperwork on time to finish the title transfer without any delays. One of the best parts about dealing with Porsche Plano is their absolute transparency. They do not tack on any suspicious fees or random 'dealer' charges like so many bait and switch dealers do today. The price you see is exactly what you pay. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Porsche anywhere in the US, or any other car they have for sale. Thank you Bassel and Trang for an exceptional experience!
