  After weeks of searching for a reliable, affordable car for my mom, we were so relieved to finally find the perfect fit at AutoNation Chevrolet North. I originally found the car on Cars.com and called the dealership, and from the moment our salesman, Derek, answered the phone, I knew we were in good hands. Within seconds, it was clear he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely knew what he was talking about. We decided to head to the dealership right away, and Derek had the car ready for us - spotless, exactly as described, and everything he promised it would be. After dealing with several shady dealerships and salespeople around town, this was a huge relief. The process had started to feel discouraging, and Derek completely turned that around for us. The entire team - Derek, the finance team, the managers, and Larry (who helped us with purchasing my mom’s old cars) - treated us with so much care and support. We truly felt looked after every step of the way. We walked away with a better car for my mom than I ever imagined possible. I trust this dealership completely and will absolutely be back this spring to purchase a car for my son. Five stars without hesitation. If you’re looking for people who genuinely care about their customers and building real relationships, go talk to them. Thank you all Autonation Chevy North - we’re so grateful!

  BUYER BEWARE!!! Another terrible experience. Not only did they somehow “lose” the paperwork for the oil changes I paid over $500 for — paperwork that I STILL have in my possession — but now appointment times apparently mean nothing too. The General Manager asked on my last review to call him, he’s never there. I’m here now and he’s not here. I specifically requested a 9:00 AM appointment. They called to let me know they cancelled mine as my services weren’t covered (they are) so they had to reschedule it and I arrive and am then told my appointment was actually at 8:00 AM (not what I asked for) and now I have to wait behind everyone else, which I can’t. Absolutely ridiculous. The service after the sale here is HORRIBLE. Once they’ve made their commission, getting help with anything becomes a headache. Between lost records, poor communication, and constant runarounds, I’m completely done with this place. Attention to detail matters when people are spending tens of thousands of dollars with your dealership.

  The service and negotiation at Chevrolet were excellent. I was able to drive off with my car at a good price compared to other dealerships I had visited with similar models and brands. The process was smooth, and everything was explained clearly, which made the whole experience feel straightforward and worth it.
