Horrible experience salesman lied said there was a spare and jack. I drove 4 hrs to pick up truck also mising skid plate when I asked for missing parts , the "manager " fredis Campos said if I didn't like it, to not sign!. Very rude and disrespectful .. THEN after we finally got it figured out with the help of the san Antonio location , we drove of and had to stop to get tires balanced and drive 50 mph all the way home to the rgv.. AND, we even got a warning by a state trooper for having the wrong license plate that didn't match the vin!.... not only were thy liars also salesman "Justin shockley" about jack and spare but the tires they provided were very unsafe and and extremely dangerous to be driving on hwy..
Actually enjoyed buying a car at Auto Nation!! I got the price I was wanting and the salesman Doug W was great. He even went to another dealership to pick up my car!!! What great service! Will definitely trade with them for my next vehicle.
My experience with this dealership was extremely frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, important details were not clearly disclosed, and the overall sales process felt misleading. What was promised during the purchase did not match how things played out. When you’re making a major purchase like a vehicle, you expect transparency and straightforward information(which they like to say “we are very transparent here unlike other places” which is a lie). Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Another major issue was that they never clearly told us they would not be able to fix anything related to the tone, and it was never properly addressed during the process. That’s the kind of information that should be communicated upfront so customers can make a fully informed decision not to telling them after the purchase. To make matters worse, whenever we tried to discuss these concerns, the conversation often turned into arguments. We were frequently talked over, and the discussions went in circles without any real resolution. It was incredibly frustrating and made the entire situation even more difficult to deal with. Situations like this are exactly why the traditional dealership model continues to develop a bad reputation. Consumers deserve clear pricing, honest communication, and accountability not confusion, pressure tactics, or dismissive responses. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, I would strongly encourage you to stay away from this dealership and consider alternatives that prioritize transparency and a smoother, more straightforward buying process.
