  My fiancé and I had the best experience here with our sales consultant Derrick Cleveland. He was so patient with me while I was trying to figure out what kind of vehicle it was that I wanted, and I am literally one of the most indecisive humans ever. Derrick found me the most perfect 2023 Ford escape that had everything that I wanted and then some and I am so happy with it. Seriously he was so awesome. I cannot recommend AutoNation Ford enough and I highly recommend that you ask Derrick. He’s so attentive and respectful and knowledgeable when it came to every vehicle he showed us and even took the time to drive us to one of their other locations to look at some of the other vehicles.   Went here with my brother to help my sister look for a car and we were not impressed at all. The salesman had a bad attitude from the start. Body language felt dismissive and not welcoming. It did not feel like he actually wanted to help, just wanted to get through the interaction. The car we test drove was also not in good shape. The brakes did not feel right and the tires were basically worn out and close to bald. That alone made us not comfortable with the vehicle at all. We also had to push just to get the Carfax, which should be standard and given right away without hesitation. Overall the experience felt unprofessional and the car did not feel properly maintained. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.
