  • 1st time customer. Definitely won’t be the last! Love this location! Specifically I would like to recognize Mr. Juan for his amazing customer service and patience! Though some dealership visits may be difficult, he made the entire experience personable and positive for me! He was able to assist me throughout the whole process and maintained GREAT communication! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome!

  • Staff is very nice, and they make it possible for individuals with challenged credit to purchase luxury cars. They need improvement on customer communication. They need to honor their customer referral program by paying them in a timely manner, once the deal is done. I've had to ask three times about money owed for sending customers who purchased cars. Still no answer over three months now. The dealership also needs to address issues brought to their attention prior to purchase and have them fixed for the best quality of the vehicle, without passing the cost to the consumer. His professionalism and support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. John, the manager, was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a valued customer.
