  AMAZING! One word to describe my buying experience. Honestly, I walked in with the typical pessimism towards a car dealership. But right from the moment I walked in, to the time I signed the last page, it was an amazing experience. While I was checking out all the cars on the showroom floor, there were no annoying sales pitches made by sales persons. I was treated like an adult who would seek help when I needed. The sales and finance team never pitched "dealer addons". The price I negotiated is what I signed, with no surprises! Sam Bhurgri and Olivia in Sales were truly great! Bari in Finance was amazing to work with - he helped me understand what I was signing and genuinely recommended me on the right warranty choices to make for the car I was buying. Brandon was truly a genius, who helped me get familiar with the BMW tech! And Ray in service was also amazing, who ensured that the little touch ups I needed to be made were taken care of smoothly. Overall, it was an amazing experience all around - Sales/Finance/Genius/Service!!!! I would surely recommend BMW of Bellevue to anyone looking for their next car - either new or pre-owned!

  TLDR: If you’re planning to buy a new BMW or you’re interested in one and live in the greater Seattle area, please do yourself a favor and reach out to Oliver Deron and Faisal Kazimi at BMW Bellevue. Awesome buying experience from this duo. To preface this review, I should clarify that I have purchased and sold multiple BMWs (mostly M vehicles) through BMW Bellevue and have worked with multiple salespeople over the years. Mostly OK / average experiences. Enter Oliver Deron and Faisal Kazimi. I recently stopped in to look at the new M5 Touring. No appointment. I was dressed in messy sweatpants and didn’t look like your stereotypical buyer. I think Faisal saw that I was lingering a little, staring in admiration, and came to greet me. Zero pressure though, more like, “If there’s anything I can help you with, please let me know.” I did have some questions, which is when he quickly introduced me to Oliver. Without going into every little detail, let’s just say Oliver and Faisal met me exactly where I was in the buying process. I was willing to move quickly assuming we could come to terms on a deal, which we did within 24 hours. Oliver was super responsive, always very friendly, zero pressure, and most of all extremely transparent. The team went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and that I was extremely happy as a customer. In a world driven by transaction speed and scale, it’s really nice to see that some people in this industry still put customers and their experience first. It was also nice to connect with the general manager, Sean. He was genuinely invested in ensuring the best possible experience as well. I’m extremely happy about the new M5 and, most of all, the great buying experience. I highly encourage you to seek out this team when considering your next BMW purchase in the greater Seattle area.

  This is my third car with Bellevue BMW and the easiest purchase so far! We live in E WA so more challenging to deal with buying. Jonathan L made this purchase very simple! Was prompt in replies and sending me any information I needed. We made an appt to sign and pick up my car - he was prepared and I was out with my new keys within two hours!
